> 3 dayI returned 2 stick vacs. This ones a keeper! Does well on carpeting and bare floors. Great suction! I bought one with a motor twice as powerful..but sucked on my carpeting. On the back stroke head jumps off the floor. It got returned. (If it says for hard floors, believe it) This one charges fast..its a little powerhouse. Stick with Bissell. Ive owned four over the years. Theyre the best!

> 3 dayWe only use the vacuum for small jobs such as a small carpet in front of the door leading into the house from the garage and in the kitchen. After a few uses the battery runs down and needs recharging.

Greater than one weekI absolutely love this vacuum. I have rheumatoid arthritis so I need a light weight vacuum. This is light as a feather and vacuums ALL surfaces perfectly. I rescue animals and I have 5 dogs and 5 cats. I also love having a clean and beautiful home. This little guy does the trick. I empty it after every use, which is daily by the way! I machine wash the filter when it starts to get smelly and it will be dry and ready to go the next day. So easy to vacuum stairs and furniture and I love the “dust buster” type of attachment for when one of my cats plucks his hair out immediately after I have vacuumed!

> 3 dayEasy to use, easy to empty. Don’t overdo it without emptying or “channel” will clog and you will spend a long time poking debris out with a knife. More of the vac should come apart! Power ok, gets up a lot of cat hair. Ps vac will just stop if badly clogged. Holds a charge in between uses but takes a while to charge. A little awkward to get the plug into vacuum.

Greater than one weekI’ll start with the pros: 1) Super lightweight as described! Little to no effort to push around and take up and down stairs. 2) The swivel on the vacuum head is awesome. Very smooth, quick to swivel and easy to maneuver. 3) For a fancy dust buster, the suction is really nice. Is it perfect? No, but it does the job and works wonderfully from carpet to hardwood floors. 4) easy to clean and empty out The Cons: 1) I get maybe 10-15 min of run time before the red light stays flashing and I need to recharge it. This isn’t super bothersome as I don’t have a large house, but it gets annoying when I’m in the mood to clean and I have to vacuum the upstairs then wait a few hours before i can vacuum the main floor (my house is just under 1700sq ft for reference) 2) definitely needs to be emptied after each use. It sucks up a lot but due to it being , essentially, a dust buster, so it needs to be emptied between uses. 3) doesn’t do a great job of a deep clean on thick carpets. For a thinner area rug, hard floors, floor mats, it’s wonderful!!! But only seems to get topical dirt/hair from anything remotely ‘plush’. All in all i do like the ease and lightweight feature of the vacuum. Would I say this is a true replacement vacuum for an entire house with multiple levels/carpet textures? Not really, but it is great for hard floors and quick work of debris. I would consider this more a replacement for a broom and dust pan (which for me is fine), but is it worth $115? Not at all, $80 maybe, but not $115.

> 3 dayHave all hardwoods floors and no pets, so that is probably important to know. I use this for spot cleaning, and the areas where my robots cant go(stairs etc). Good suction power, easy to empty and clean the bin. The battery lasts long enough for my needs, but I dont try to clean my entire house with it. I like the maneuverability, and the way that the handle bends back to get under things. The detachable handheld function is great also. Nice that it stores upright and I didnt have to mount a base to my wall. The only drawback Ive seen so far is that it does take a while to recharge the battery.

> 3 dayThis is the best vacuum hands down. Lightweight yet solid! Super easy to use, works on tile, stairs, carpet and hardwood with great suction for all areas. Its prefect for my 2 story condo and love that its cordless so Im not tripping over the cord or trying to find a place to plug it in, as I manover about with it. Works great for under the bed with the handle that tips up and down for storage. Love the detachable for corners, hard to reach areas and my stairs. You wont be sorry you bought this one. Im not big on writing reviews but felt compelled to share. I will tell my family and friends about this great vacuum. Its a must have, you wont be sorry.

> 3 dayHad it for less than a year and was still under warranty. Used it for everyday light vacuuming of wood floors and small rug. Was great until the vacuum part stopped holding a charge, which was odd because the small hand held vacuum part continued to hold a charge. The unit is a two in one where you charge and then you can detach the hand held. Clearly not a battery issue as the hand held still held a charge, but Bissell customer service said I had to buy a box and send it back for them to inspect the battery. When I said thats clearly not the issue they said well then youll have to call back and speak to someone else.

> 3 dayI love this stick vacuum. It’s great on bare floors and low pile rugs. I had a Makita and that didn’t do the job. I have cats and there is hair. This product does the job.
