I wrote a negative review soon after I bought this because, like other reviewers, my Bissell shut off after a few seconds. I contacted the company and they responded, but it was the holidays. Vacuuming wasnt high of my activity list. Anyway, its been a couple of months and I love this little machine. I have a small house - not open concept, so it got really old dragging a cord and a canister from room to room. Many of them had handles that were too short and hurt my back. This thing is lightweight and not having to drag the cord - and maneuver around furniture - well, life altering. Its lightweight and it maneuvers beautifully. It also picks up a TON. I live alone - no pets and I cant believe what I pick up after a few uses. Its so easy to use that I often grab it just to do a quick sweep of spaces I use a lot. This morning I used the small hand held to do off some furniture and under cushions. So impressed. I would 100% recommend this. Just give it a chance if when you first get it it shuts off after a few seconds. Mine no longer does that. So glad I kept it!

This vacuum works well for what it is but there are a few problems with the overall design. The suction is fine and it’s great for reading under low profile furniture. It’s also very easy to convert into handheld. The problems relate to the upright handle. It’s more flexible than I would like and durability is a concern. Also, the power button is too close to the top of the handle and I have frequently turned it off by accident when my hand slips slightly during use. The handle grip in the back isn’t particularly effective as well. Overall good performance for hard surfaces and thinner carpets.

I have been using this vacuum for a month. I needed something lightweight that worked well on hardwood floors. I have a dog that sheds and this vacuum has worked very well for me. * Lightweight. I have arthritis in my hands. This vacuum is easy for me to maneuver.. * Easy to put together. I had this opened and put together in under 10 minutes. * Easily converts from a handheld vacuum to a full size. * No Cord to limit where it can reach. * I put the vacuum on charge after each use. It sits upright and takes up little space. * After opening, charge overnight before using. # Can make a mess when emptying. There is a learning curve. #. It’s better to empty after each use, especially if you have a long haired pet. March 2023 Updated review I can still recommend this vacuum I use it daily. It works very well on hardwood floors I still empty after each use. It is easy to change into a hand held vacuum. It holds a charge well I would buy again t.

I’ll start with the pros: 1) Super lightweight as described! Little to no effort to push around and take up and down stairs. 2) The swivel on the vacuum head is awesome. Very smooth, quick to swivel and easy to maneuver. 3) For a fancy dust buster, the suction is really nice. Is it perfect? No, but it does the job and works wonderfully from carpet to hardwood floors. 4) easy to clean and empty out The Cons: 1) I get maybe 10-15 min of run time before the red light stays flashing and I need to recharge it. This isn’t super bothersome as I don’t have a large house, but it gets annoying when I’m in the mood to clean and I have to vacuum the upstairs then wait a few hours before i can vacuum the main floor (my house is just under 1700sq ft for reference) 2) definitely needs to be emptied after each use. It sucks up a lot but due to it being , essentially, a dust buster, so it needs to be emptied between uses. 3) doesn’t do a great job of a deep clean on thick carpets. For a thinner area rug, hard floors, floor mats, it’s wonderful!!! But only seems to get topical dirt/hair from anything remotely ‘plush’. All in all i do like the ease and lightweight feature of the vacuum. Would I say this is a true replacement vacuum for an entire house with multiple levels/carpet textures? Not really, but it is great for hard floors and quick work of debris. I would consider this more a replacement for a broom and dust pan (which for me is fine), but is it worth $115? Not at all, $80 maybe, but not $115.

It took awhile to find this vac stick. I didn’t want one with the dust cup at the top of the appliance. I wanted it at the bottom. This bissell checked off that request. I love the swivel. It is also easy turn brushes on and off too. This vac is not heavy either. That is a big deal. The compact size of this makes it for in so many laces a larger vac wouldn’t fit. This is a 10 star item!!

This vacuum fully exceed my expectations. I have been using a cheap, Bissell stick vac for years, and it did an alright job….or so I thought. This thing has the best suction power of any vacuum I have ever used. I have two dogs who are big shedders, and I vacuum the whole house 4-5 times a week. I am shocked by the amount of hair, dust, grass, etc. I empty out of it each time. I have a 2000 sq ft home, and as long as the vacuum is fully (or mostly) charged, it has no problem vacuuming for 10-15 minutes straight without flashing red. I also love how lightweight and maneuverable it is. I had a cordless Shark vacuum about 5 years ago and it was SO heavy in comparison and the charge didn’t last as long. Not to mention, the brush roll got caught up and would stop working frequently… I have not experienced that issue with this one so far. I am praying this continues working as well as it is now, about 5 weeks in, because I couldn’t be happier!

We wanted a small vacuum that would be easy to store in our cozy RV but could serve dual purpose of sweeping and tidying up our floor mats, and work like a hand held dust buster. This model fits all those requirements perfectly!
