Greater than one weekSo it feels a little cheap; lets just say that right off the bat. If I had picked it up in a store I probably wouldnt have picked it up at this price. HOWEVER... This is a super little vac. It really is. We ordered it a few weeks before our camping trip so we could test it out beforehand & it did not disappoint! We have a 35 travel trailer, we camp with 2 adults, 3 kids, & 2 dogs, one of whom is a husky mix so she sheds like mad... Camping with her & the kids, yeah, we needed a vacuum... That rig gets dirty quickly! It goes from the stupid ugly shag carpet on the slides to the linoleum with ease. The head swivels on a dime so its super maneuverable in the small space. The clincher for me was the detachable hand-vac to do the loveseat that the husky mix sits on & leaves a puppy behind & for doing all the weird corners & edges... Im not even a clean-freak, but the travel trailer gets filthy, fast, & it is just nice to be able to take 2 mins to do the floors of the whole 35, & then use the hand-vac to do the little bits, & be done! And not feel like our home is gross... Def recommend for the RV. We vacuumed 1-2x/day, every day, since our huskys fur is long & theres a lot of it... Never mind all the dang sand that was tracked in... I wouldnt let it go much longer than that as the canister is not that big. But yeah for a tiny home, travel trailer, motor home, for a quick but super effective daily clean, this thing is the bomb! Highly recommend.

> 3 dayIt’s so light and easy to maneuver. It’s a blessing to have with dogs in the house. So much easier than lugging out the big vacuum. With this convenience I can use it several times a day. The reason I didn’t do five stars is because the tank is very small and needs to be emptied many times.

> 3 dayI needed something besides an expensive Dyson (I have that) after we moved to a house with three floors. I have one cat who sheds and tracks litter. This vac gets the litter on one or two passes, fine by me. Gets everything else pretty much on one pass! It’s not as lightweight as you’d think, but I’m 70 and it works for me. The charge lasts a long time if you are not doing the whole house, but after I got one for upstairs, I got another for the main floor. We do whole floors on one charge, just keep an eye on the light in front and when it changes to red, you charge it. No big deal. I lift it up, plug in the charger on the bottom, stand it next to the outlet and that’s that. AND, here is a BIG deal. It stands by itself! That allows us to fit it into a closet easily or stand it in a corner. That’s genius really. Never thought I’d enjoy that part so much!

> 3 dayGot this to replace same I bought years ago, brush stopped working. It is light weight, easy to use, powerful pickup & battery charge is good for my main floor/ 6 small rooms. Last one Bed Bath & Beyond (rip?) replaced the whole thing when something broke. I got the extra warranty on this because small things do break on it with wear. Is my go-to for daily cleanups. I think Bissell should put me on commission as I have either bought this for people as gifts (!) or recommended so they got one.

> 3 dayHad it for less than a year and was still under warranty. Used it for everyday light vacuuming of wood floors and small rug. Was great until the vacuum part stopped holding a charge, which was odd because the small hand held vacuum part continued to hold a charge. The unit is a two in one where you charge and then you can detach the hand held. Clearly not a battery issue as the hand held still held a charge, but Bissell customer service said I had to buy a box and send it back for them to inspect the battery. When I said thats clearly not the issue they said well then youll have to call back and speak to someone else.
