> 3 dayI have had three of these types of wet/dry vacs through years, this one is the best by far. The suction, steam and cleaning power is great. I generally stick with Bissell has I have had nothing but good experiences so far with their products. My husband actually uses it daily, as we have all tile in our home and he loves how quickly it dries and good it cleans.

> 3 dayIf your floor is dirty because the idea of breaking out the mop is a back breaking job then your not alone. I know myself I personally slack cleaning floors just because it can be a back breaker. I knew I needed a powered wet mop for a long time, and so enters the BISSELL. Out of the box it was a snap to get it going, of course I saw a few YouTube’s and read the instruction from cover to cover cause I’m a instructions nerd. I was ready to test this flag ship. It claims to clean, add steam for that hard to clean spots that you have to mop over like 1000 times until it is clean. So I assembled, read (as noted), and had the whole house at my disposal. I tested on hardwood, ceramic, porcelain, and laminate. I filled the water canister with required water and chemicals (included), and off I went. To be fair the pictures I included was one of 2 times I emptied the waste water. On all the wood I used the floor mode, using 50% trigger squeeze (drops water/chemicals to roller), and it cleanup up nice. I did not need to keep the trigger down all the time as that would release too much water. I did see a few tough spots, so I changed the mode to STEAM, and did a few passes on that mode and it did come clean. On the porcelain, and laminate, I kept the steamer mode on just to see the results. All in all it picked up all the dirt, cleaned the surface, and dried fast and did not leave film. So far all went well, I used the self clean mode, took apart the pieces, cleaned them out and left out to dry. So what is the bad? The water/chemical did go fairly quick and me only using 50% trigger pulls. Dont get me wrong, it went fine, I could see how I will need to buy the cleaning chemicals more often, and that is fine. When its time to clean, just do it right. Next issue is grout. No you do not need to worry about your grout because it will not touch it. Meaning it is a SURFACE cleaner, not a deep cleaner. My grout had dirt pieces in there after I was done because the roller does not get to it. So my suggestion is, vacuum before you wet mop to clean out the grout, and add to your calendar another day to get on your knees to clean that out. Would I recommend, oh yes, having this I will clean the floors more often, as it did a good job.

> 3 dayI’m very happy with my Bissell. I have had one of their vacuums for years and love it but we moved in October of 2021 and the new house is mostly hard floors with the exception of carpet in the hall upstairs, closets & steps. This house is also the biggest I’ve ever owned due to the fact that my Mother in law is living here with us also. Lugging a bucket of water around this house, a 2 story one with a bad back and knees, got old. I finally convinced my Husband to purchase this Crosswave. We also have 4 dogs and 2 cats in this house so lots of fur too! The day after I received the Crosswave we had it together and was trying it out. It was easy to assemble, the videos were easy to find from their user manual if you like those but not really needed in my opinion. I started in our bonus room where we have the cat boxes and also area rugs and all I can say is WOW! The floors and rugs look brand new and amazing! It picked up so much stuff (kind of gross!) and the fur was unreal. Made me feel like a horrible housekeeper. Well, after that I had to go downstairs and did the rest of the house. The suction on the area rugs is crazy! I almost had to have my Hubby do it. It didn’t soak the area rugs and they dried quickly. I was worried about the floors being too wet and my 85 year old Mother in law slipping on the wet tile but it did pick it back up very well. I just made sure to go over it a few extra times in her area. There were spots in my kitchen that have been on the tile floors since we moved in that I could not get up but it did! It had no issue cleaning the mess my dogs leave around their bowls. Cleaning it sounds intimidating at first but it was actually easy and way faster than I thought it would be. I’m very pleased I purchased the Crosswave finally and just wish I hadn’t waited so long. Definitely worth it.

> 3 dayNothing gets my floors cleaner. I was hesitant to buy this because so many reviews talked about a smell or that it stopped working. You have to clean it after every use, it’s worth it, but takes about 10 minutes to properly complete. That will keep it working and prevent the smells they talk about. You have to buy the cleaning products and I buy the brush cleaner for the cleaning cycle but if you understand this up front, there are no surprises. It’s a fantastic deep cleaning tool that’s as easy as vacuuming. The first few times I cleaned what I thought were clean floors, the water was almost black. I don’t know how anyone has kids or a dog without it!

Greater than one weekTHis product is an amazing addition for my pet household! It is the perfect addition to my other Bissell products (Little Green & CleanView vacuum) as it is a product that can also scrub, mop and steam hardwood floors with hardly any effort. The different modes make cleaning all sorts of messes super easily. I was shocked at how easy to use it was--essentially you can remove from the packaging and immediately start using the Crosswave HydroSteam with very minimal direction, and I am happy i did not have to spend a lot of time with assembly. Since I recieved it, my floors are always clean and smell amazing--I even got compliments from a guest on how fresh my apartment smelled! A great purchase!

> 3 dayI’ve never been disciplined enough to change out mop water or swiffer pads in the middle of a floor cleaning, so my floors have always ended up streaky or cloudy. Finally, with this machine, I can achieve shiny floors throughout my entire house! I love that it works on rugs, too, especially as it’s warming up outside and my kids and dog are tracking more dirt into the house on the daily. Great product!

Greater than one weekI absolutely love it. Completely amazing! I had a party and kids made a huge mess on my hardwood floor in one of the bedrooms that I didnt see until the end of the night. There were cupcakes smashed and stomped throughout the entire room floor, when I say it was a MESS its an under statement. All I needed was my Bissell! It took me 8 minutes to have the room floor Completely spotless.

> 3 dayI’ve only used it once and I’m already so in love with it. I have to admit I was skeptical of buying this product since its not cheap and is fairly new on the market so there’re still not many reviews out there but I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. It is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! I have 3 very active and extremely high shedding Australian Shepherds. Our yard is not fenced so their main play areas are my living room, dinning room and kitchen. The amount of dirty or muddy paw-prints I get on my floors every single day is ridiculous. I don’t have clean floors for more than a day for sure. Until now my go to cleaning method was the O-Cedar mop but I literally had to mop the whole place & change my mop water over 4 times before I could get a dirty mop water that was even remotely close to been clean & it kills by back in the process. The fact that this Bissel keeps the dirty & clean water separately was life changing from just the first use. My dirty water tank looked absolutely disgusting after doing my living, dinning rooms and kitchen with the STEAM setting. I have not tried the hard floors setting yet but the STEAM removed all the muddy pawprints from my floor from just one pass. Now I’ll actually be more excited to clean cause its so easy. How does it do with dog hair? Well I have to admit I used the dog rubber broom before I used my vacuum-mop cause the mountains of dog hair i had were ridiculous but of course there was some remaining hair left and the bissel did pick it up. If it was to much it would get clogged but it is a supper easy fix. Just remove the dirty water tank and remove the hairs on the strainer & you are good to go. Going over super quick with the dog broom before using it still makes it a lot easier than using a regular vacuum and mopping 3-4 times. I had 0 issues with hair getting stuck on the brush. If you dont have high shedding dogs or are planning on daily use you can for sure skip that step. How long does the clean water last? I have a fairly large kitchen, dinning room and living room and I only had to fill the water tank twice. (Still better than changing mop water 4-5 times) The self cleaning setting and. Instructions are supper easy to use. Please like my review if it was helpful. Thanks!
