> 3 dayI love how this product seamlessly works across different surfaces so I can my entire space with one machine! I used this to clean up after my dog on hardwood and a rug and saw noticeable differences! Plus it makes each room smell fresh.

> 3 dayGreat product for dog owners. This time of year my back yard is very muddy. This has made the clean up for muddy paw prints very easy. I love that this unit has a self cleaning program. No more taking apart the machine to clean the brushes after every use. Great product for floors would not recommend for stairs this product does great on all types of floors.

Greater than one weekI rarely write reviews, but we are a family with two cats and a toddler, all of whom always make messes. Our place is filled with hair and litter and uinfortunately it doesnt get into all the crevices. I know it says its not meant for pets, but it was better than expected. It cant bend 180 degrees and get completely under the couch and it was heavier than expected. That being said, it does basically do all of the things I want to do in one machine, vacuum, wet mop and steam. Self cleaning was good, but the after care maintenance can be a chore at some times (it seems as though this is common for this type of machine). Didnt have to change out the water when I did my apartment even though I did wet mop and steam, so that was also surprising. This came in handy when dealing with food spills or happy little accidents made by my baby or cat when I had to wet mop and sanitize. Overall, this is a nice upgrade from my current vacuum in terms of functionality.

Greater than one weekGot to use this as soon as it arrived. After assembling the different pieces and reading the directions (yes, I am one of those who really does read the directions) I successfully washed my tile floor. My tile flow has a pattern with lots of nooks and crannies. Using the CrossWave slowly over the tile, it actually cleaned up the dirt that was ground into the grooves. No more do I need to get on my knees and handwash the floor or use a broom scrubber to get at that dirt. The steam feature is a bonus and really does a nice job of releasing stuck on dirt (or dropped paint) off of the tile.

> 3 dayTo be as brief as possible this is a cool machine in theory but it does not save any time nor does it do a comparable job to a steam mop if that’s what you’re looking for. I cleaned our large kitchen and two bathrooms today. I had the robot vacuum clean the kitchen and one of the bathrooms this morning understanding that in theory I did not need to, but expecting it probably wouldn’t hurt to make a first pass in those areas as we have a couple of dogs. It did a nice job grabbing the debris the robot had missed. And the mopping seemed okay too. I used the enclosed cleaner solution for the hard surface sanitize the first run but just used plain water after that as I didn’t love the residual cloudiness on the floor - and I ended up going back over everything with just plain water that I had already covered with the cleaning solution for this reason. Which honestly wasn’t a big deal because the dirty water tank fills up so quickly! Annoyingly quick. It is no where close to accommodating the large fill from the clean water tank. I didn’t count but I had to stop and empty the tank/refill at least 6 or 7 times between the three rooms. The steam it emits is not significant, but it does do a good job of sucking the water back up. The floor dried quickly. But it is LOUD So loud. In our main bathroom, where I did not run the vacuum prior, it did an excellent job grabbing all of the hair that I inexplicably lose every day while somehow still not going bald. And then when you’re all done, you have to do the self clean cycle (which is honestly pretty impressive and did actually clean the beater bar nearly completely in one cycle). And then clean out the dirty tank, the filter and dissemble the brush roll to try and wipe out the self cleaning tray if you do it to fidelity. Then I guess sometime tomorrow when everything is dry I’ll put it back together… I can’t see using this with any regularity. The tank is so small and the process to use it because of this plus the clean out process…. I could have used my upright vacuum + shark steam mop with a lot of steam (refilling the tank maybe 2x) in probably half the time. And then just thrown the mop pad in the wash and moved on with my day.

> 3 dayI love the Self Cleaning on this machine!! My previous Crosswave was amazing and worked so well on my hard floors - I saw this updated model and decided to give my original to my daughters and take the new one and I’M SO GLAD I DID! This model has steam cleaning mode as well as a clean cycle which cleans the roller brush (which we all know is the most disgusting part). Mine came with two small bottles of cleaner/sanitizer and a small bottle of clean cycle solution. For cleaning, you empty and clean out the dirty water tank then reattach. Fill the clean water reservoir with hot water to the mark, the pour a small amount of the cleaning solution into the storage tray. Set the machine in place and press the clean cycle button. The initial sound worried me, but then it kicks in and cleans the brush. Once finished you open the top, remove the brush, and set it into its slot to dry. I’m a little concerned what that cleaning will cost over time when I have to purchase the cleaner, but not touching the nasty brush is a plus. Everything else works mostly like my last machine. It vacuums up most dirt (with a struggle on anything larger like many machines these days), but mopping at the same time is so convenient when you’re busy!! The light is bright and helpful, though the light stays on when the machine is plugged in-not just when it’s on. That’s a little annoying for me, but certainly not an issue. Huge fan of this machine!!

31-03-2025I have had three of these types of wet/dry vacs through years, this one is the best by far. The suction, steam and cleaning power is great. I generally stick with Bissell has I have had nothing but good experiences so far with their products. My husband actually uses it daily, as we have all tile in our home and he loves how quickly it dries and good it cleans.

Greater than one weekThis is a very compact machine. Didnt do as well as we had hoped with our pet hair. Returned and got a different one.
