Is a good mop but the cord is kind of short. Other than that a good product for the price!

I got this on sale for $37 and I’m so glad! The steam mop is lightweight and very easy to use. We have pets and using the mop and bucket all the time is super annoying and uses tons of floor cleaner. This is a great alternative and it picked up tons of dirt. The floor is all shiny and very clean now. Super pleased!

This is okay for the price. I bought more pads to use off amazon since one isnt enough. It does the job but its certainly not my favorite. I bought this because my last one (a shark) broke and I wanted a cheaper replacement. The cord is pretty short, I have to unplug it 3-4 times to reach everything. The steam seems to come from a bump in the middle bottom of this which makes it so the pad touches the floor only in certain places. If you are looking for a cheaper steam mop that does the job it works, however if you really want a lasting steam mop I would go with something else.

Got out the soldering iron, some wire and added that much needed button at the handle to control the steam, and screwed on a bottom hook so you can actually wrap the wire to stow. And its now a very useable steam mop! Not sure what they were thinking in B&D design. Guess they were saving a few bucks but this stuff was mission-critical. It took a morning but well worth the effort. All it needs now are some better/thicker pads, these are too thin but luckily I think I can pick up some Sharks. they just stick on via velcro. Yay!

I love the silicone “pad” and not having to purchase anything to cover it. Does an amazing job on my floors!

2nd one I bought - this one for my senior Dad and it’s not working. Used about 3 times on a vinyl kitchen floor. Not steaming and no water coming out to clean floors. My window closed on this one two days ago so no recourse to return. Sad as it is so easy to use and did a good job. And agree cord is too short Would have given more stars but not working.

I have had better steam mops. The cord is long, thick and heavy. It doesnt maneuver very well and the pads are flimsy and already coming apart. I expected better from this brand. Not impressed at all.

I found this B+D steam mop VERY easy to use compared to other steam mops Ive used in the past. I did take a star off, and thats primarily due to the cord length. I wish it was a little longer and theres also a weird notch that makes it appear as if youre supposed to use it to hook the cord to as you wrap it, BUT theres not a secondary hook to create a loop. That part didnt make sense. I also wish it came with more than two pads, but for the value, its a great beginner steam mop that gets the job done! TIP: I do like putting a few drops of lemon or another citrus/clean essential oil to give the floors a nice smell. Not a lot - just two drops max.

I got this steam mop to try. The biggest complaint I have is the power cord. It is too short for me to move around. As a result, I bought an power extension cable. Another feedback is please throw in extra mop or offer the mop to be purchased separately. I hope the manufacture take the feedback and fix it in the next hardware revision. On the positive side, the mop works well. It heats up and can easily mop through wood floor/tile floor.
