These filters seem good -- and appear to be same quality as what youd find at the box stores. Except you get 5 for what you would pay there for one!

Ive been using BNX filters for a while now. I really like that they are made in the US and the quality is very high. When I change these out I dont notice that any dust or debris has made it past the filter to the vents, so to my naked eye they are working as advertised. I would recommend.

These filters will do the job just fine. Use for most locations with standard air quality. The price point is right for the quality. Recommended.

I have finally gotten around to installing the filter in my AC vent. The air that comes out of my AC is clean and I am glad that the filters are doing its job of creating an enjoyable environment. You can tell that these filters are quality build and will withstand daily and constant use. Looking forward to ordering more filters in the next 4-6 months when I start to run out!

I knocked off a star because a lot of these had some slight damage (the Amazon packaging wasnt damaged and the box had plenty of padding in it). Though all are usable. The filter media seems nice, and they are both metal and cardboard reinforced. A lot of cheaper filters will skimp on the metal to save cost, but that usually causes the filters to deform with high airflow. Nice to see these have that. They are also made in the USA which is nice to see. Air flow is good as well, no noticeable decrease in airflow when using.

These HVAC Filters are Really Good Electrostatically charged non-woven Polypropylene is commonly used in medical face mask. Provides heightened filtration of sub-micron particles. They can be wiped clean with a damp cloth extending their use. To recharge the static cling loss from cleaning simply rub the surface with a plastic glove for 15 to 20 seconds. A filter rated MERV 8 captures at least 85% of airborne particles between the sizes of 0.3 and 10 microns. This is generally good enough to get the job done for the average home. Conversely it captures less than 20% of particles PM0.3 microns and smaller. Smaller the microns, the more danger they can pose to the human body. Most viruses and bacteria fall in this category. Only HEPA filters are capable of capturing these dangerous airborne pollutants. That’s not what these filters are designed to do. I suffer from bad hay fever year-round. Unfortunately, the neighborhood I reside is teaming with oak trees everywhere. Thanks to these BNX 16x20x1 MERV 8 air filters my heating, ventilation and air conditioning system doesn’t allow tree pollen to infiltrate my home. It’s recommended to change your HVAC filters every 90 days. Having this 7 pack guarantees me 630 days of pollen free air to breathe inside my house. Heck of a deal especially at this price.

So we do not have a furnace so these were bought to use as make shift air filters and a filter for an electric dryer. So far so good. We were a bit disappointed that they are not individually wrapped. I don’t know anyone who would use 4 at one time and they will start filtering as soon as opened maybe lessening the life once installed.

Its that time of year where I need to swap out the filter. I was sick of spending $20+ at the home improvement store for a single filter. I found these to be a good value. They measure true to size and fit like they should. Well constructed without hampering the airflow needed on my furnace. They come all in one bundle of plastic shrink wrap. I saved the box that amazon shipped them in to protect the other two filters. Otherwise I could see myself damaging them before I get to use them. These are a good value and its always a good idea to have spares on hand since you should change out your filter every 3 months. This is good for your health as well as good for your furnace.

I previously ordered Merv air filters and very happy with them. I recommended them to a landlord friend and he was interested which is what these 16x20 will be used for, in rental properties. These Merv air filters are very close in quality to 3M filters we used to buy. However, the value proposition with the Merv multi-pack filters are simply hard to beat. The filter frame is very sturdy and holds up well to vibration and installation. The Merv filters are clearly labeled in terms of its size and which way you should install to follow the airflow.

These are very good air filters. They fit good and seem to be doing a good job. And best of all, they are made in the U.S.A.
