Since even average quality 3 month air filters can get pretty expensive, this is a great price for 8 good quality filters for around $50. They fit just as well as other brands I’ve used and, though I couldn’t find a microparticle performance rating, they do claim to filter mold, pollen, pet dander, etc so we’ll see how they perform over time in an allergen defense capacity. Since the main idea is to keep the coils on our AC system clean, I’m certain they’ll do more than fine with that task. Overall, this is a great price for what seem to be very good quality air filters. Five stars for now (will update if I run into any issues).

I do very regular filter replacements in our home. Its very apparent that these filters have a very, very good structure holding the filter media in place. The corners hold together very well, and that make installation very easy. I will update at my replacement interval.

8 pack is convenient. Arrived in good shape with no deformities or bent filters. Filters are of high quality and true to size. No issues.

They do the job! I actually didn’t even notice that my furnace didn’t have filters until I checked a couple of weeks ago. I was wondering why it smelled a bit funny hehe. Either way, these filters seem to do a good job, I don’t notice any weird smells or anything and of course, they’re easy to install. It has a little arrow on the edge showing you which way they should be oriented. Would recommend.

The pricing of these is better than getting a single or even a double pack from my local grocery store, and the ones at my grocery store are low quality. These air filters are top of the line, Electrostatically charged, using a single sided frame design with with industry leading low air flow resistance. They make a noticeable difference in your homes air quality...as proven by the air quality metrics with my Dyson air purifier. And my air purifier runs much, much less [auto setting] after installing these filters. These air conditioning return filters offer exceptional air filtration with no noticeable difference or reduction in air flow. And if I can get between three to six months of use out of these A/C return filters, they will prove to be a pretty good value as compared to the 30-day filters I was previously using...while greatly improving my indoor air quality. My previous filters were fiberglass & you could see through them. These are a different material that is VERY dense and definitely not see-thru, so Im sure they trap more stuff. I had some MERV 13 filters from this same manufacturer before, but they restricted the air flow causing a pronounced wind noise when the A/C was running, & I was afraid that was putting a strain on my air handler. These MERV 8s are great for me as they do a better job of filtering than my old fiberglass, and I dont feel like theyre wearing out my air handler prematurely like the MERV 13s. (To be fair, these do cost a LOT more than fiberglass filters though.)

Overall these filters are very comparable to just about any out there with the same Merv8 rating. The cardboard box around it is strong and the filter fabric is tough. Being a merv8 I use these in the winter when the pollen is down and they have been keeping the dust down in the house. Overall for the value and quality these are a perfect replacement for standard use.
