It works great and learns RF remotes super easily. Highly recommend.

As stated, it does not do bluetooth. Unfortunately, the newer Optimum/Alice One set top boxes only support bluetooth so it cant be used to fully integrate a system that includes Alice One. Otherwise it seems to be easy to setup and the price is good. It needs to be able to support bluetooth though as more and more devices are going that way.

This BroadLink RM4 Pro S is my new favorite gadget. It works flawlessly with Alexa. My only issue is that it will not read other Dish Network remote codes. They have several built-in and it provides more than basic functionality, but I would like to be able to add in more from the Dish remote. All other remotes including fans both IR and RF work perfectly.

Dont buy this unless youre a software whiz and can read poorly translated english.

I purchased this as an accessory for Google Home. I use it to control my living room entertainment center and my ceiling fan. The functions for the entertainment center that translate to Google Home are very elementary - change channel, on and off. I cannot pause my DirecTV box or restart, nor can it control the volume. Also, it doesnt recognize on from off - it just sends a signal. So, if the TVs off and it gets a command to turn the TV off (via a Bedtime Routine), it will turn it on. Same with the fan and the fans light. You can, however, control the speed of the fan with Google Home, so thats a nice feature.

I received my item and the packaging was a little strange, with no plastic wrap around the device. I followed the instruction to add It to my network without success, I then realized it was a used product with someone else WiFi info stored. I had to reset it and now its working, very disappointed about the service, but the device does the job very well and Im pretty impressed about it.

It took a couple of attempts to get it paired with my phone. But once I got it set, it was easy to add items and I had it integrated with Alexa and SmartThings in less than 20 minutes. Customer support was quite helpful when I was having a minor problem with the power cable which was operator error.

Hasta el momento he conectado al equipo un abanico, aire acondicionado, tv, equipo de sonido y funcionan bien, solo que hasta ahora no he podido manejarlos por completo con Alexa, debido a que algunos comandos no los reconoce.

This is a bit tricky to set up and the only issue I have is that sometimes it forgets my appliances, but overall using it in conjunction with a Blink camera, it helps me keep an eye on the temperature in my room and whats going on in there when Im not there. Its pretty good. Im sure there must be a more reliable one out there though.
