Every corsair psu I have owned has never failed me to date. It is my go to psu manufacturer when building a system.

Installed a day ago, so far no issues. Install was not too hard. Some better instructions would have helped. Also I wish I had taken more before photos. The modularity is nice for only requiring installation of no more than is necessary. However, there are so many ports on the PSU that it was often unclear as to which was the correct one. I worried about all of the reviews that talked about burning and plastic smells, noise, cables being too short, etc. Will try to update in a few months, but so far so good... no noise, no smell, no fires

Awesome power supply! More then enough juice for all your OC and gaming needs, fully modular with every cable you can needs, some such as the 8-pin video card comes in shorter lengths, really impressed with Corsair. The downside was my PS was a OPEN PACKAGE RETURN! Unit was a previous return, missing the AC cable, and all cords unwrapped. Even had the former owners case manual still left in the box. Will be keeping an eye on for any near RMAs.

Pros: 1000W of available power will cover pretty much any build.

The quality is questionable, it gradually failed in a few weeks, very hard to troubleshoot. The computer would go completely powered off but you can boot it power cycle it again, and it would be working for hours without any problem but then as youre working on important documents, its powered off suddently without any warning. It kept on doing this for over two weeks wihtout us being able to identify thats going on. Then one day, it just went completely off, no warning, just dead.

This went into an upgrade build. Im running a 6900xt slightly overclocked and have had 0 issues with this over the last few months. Loving the modular cables as my 6900xt takes 3 pcie cables to power it. Big upgrade from my semi-modular 600 I was running with my 2060 super. Highly recommend

Well, while the power supply is just good as you would expect, I was surprised how bad is smelled when I unboxed it. While being just opened a few days later the smell was gone. Then I have replaced another power supply with this one and turned it on... Damn, I thought I just burned the whole motherboard and its components. Well, it happened to be just the smell coming out of the power supply. It is the end of a second day while it is under 500w load and it still smells, not as strong... but... Ive got a super strong headache a few hours later after I turned it on. 800mg ibuprofen helped a bit, however, I still have it second day later... so the machine works in the garage now gassing off.
