Glad to finally have a password reset disk for Windows 10.

I was unable to use this program.

We were able to get back into my computer without spending a ton of money

It worked and it was simple and straightforward.

It was fast and easy. They gave a few keys to open computer and if those didnt work, a sight for addl ones. The only thing that was a problem is everyone isnt an IT person and they should have step by step for those people. Other than that I am satisfied.

Ordered the Flash drive and the CD of this software, neither would work, use the free version of another software and got the job done, save your money and get something better I do not recommend this software.
