Worked like a charm

This Windows Password Reset/Recovery Disc is a Must-Have item. The first time I tried this on a Windows 7 Home Edition laptop computer it worked flawlessly.

It says right on the disk that it is live customer support team and 100% guaranteed neither which has been the truth. it comes with a printout on how to follow directions and when it doesnt work and you email them they send you back a copy of those same directions with no help.

This disc was super easy to use. I used it on windows vista, and was able to unlock my laptop super quick. Strongly recommend.
