This solved my problem entirely. I’m not a computer whiz so I had to watch several videos before understanding how to make it work. The next day I realize I could have made it easier on myself and received help from the company lol. The ending result was complete satisfaction and I can finally access administrator actions and update programs!

This product helped us remove the log in password for our Lenovo Computer. I would recommend this product to anyone whove forgotten their computer password.

Might work for some but not on my HP computer after the windows 10 update. Cost me $80 to have a new password put on it from a hacker.
