The Password for the main account remains locked. The software did unlock the password for the Administrator, I’m still missing locked data.

Just as described and follow up from seller was was great. I would recommend this seller.

This was so easy and I had struggled with other techy version or directions. I now have mt computer back in action.

I could not get this CD to work. I got no response from tech support. I am returning the product.

Tried multiple methods to unlock my uncle’s laptop after he forgot the password. This disc helped me resolve the issue in about 15 minutes; most of the time spent waiting for the laptop to boot. I’m not very familiar with using the BIOS screen or anything like that, but it only took me one try.

Disk didnt work. Returned to seller and Amazon shows that my $21.20 was refunded but NONE of MY accounts show it so its just ANOTHER AMAZON RIP-OFF for the LAST time....and the PHOTO will NOT copy and past so you can google the heading if you think you might want to get one. NOW I cant even leave feedback without using 100 charactors Such a RATHOLE

This is an eraser, not a recoverer or a resetter, but that simply means that youll have to enter a new passsword once youve erased the old one.
