Worked flawlessly. Only thing I can recommend when you do the boot order to start from CD first just be patient when you restart the computer it takes several minutes for the disc to do its thing.

The Password for the main account remains locked. The software did unlock the password for the Administrator, I’m still missing locked data.

No instructions! Could not load on my HP laptop. Tried setup but would not except my 32 bit Windows 10, waste of your money. Maybe my disk is not complete. Have to take my desktop 30 miles to get it unlocked which is reason I ordered it

Worked like a charm! I was back in my computer within minutes. Worth the money if you don’t have other means. You do need a cd drive though.
