Yeah I sent it back and ordered a different one, why you ask? It was so lightweight and felt filmsy to someone who had always had huge vacuums, I just couldnt believe it would last, so I sent it back. I got a better, more expensive, one so why do I say I regret it? This one had a better light than the more expensive, and heavier, one that I got, it had better suction even though it said the more expensive one had a more powerful motor and when I was cleaning this one would stand up on its on which is a big help. The one I ordered when I sent this one back would fall over if I tried to stand it up so I always have to remember to lay it down. So I am just a grandmother from Ky if you are wondering if this is a real review, it is. I am not sure what I am going to do but if I could go back I would definitely had keep this vacuum. So if you are considering getting this one I would so go for it.

This stick vacuum is fine. I have some issues since I’m a dog groomer & I’ve used many of my clients vacuums. It’s just ok. It will shut off if you slightly move your hand off the power, the charge on low is about 20 minutes. It has the suction power, but keeping it on is frustrating. For the price it’s fine but I have a feeling I’ll upgrade. I don’t need a shark, as some I’ve used are from Amazon & not name brand. If you need touch up & have pet hair this will be ok. It works good on carpet & some short rugs. Overall I’d recommend it if you need a touch up quick vacuum.

I use this thing daily. It is an AWESOME little cordless vacuum! It has a light so I can see where I missed under beds and in hallways. The battery life is excellent. I have ran for an hour and a half on 1 charge. I have a Dyson that I love, but it has a cord, no light and it was impossible to use on my stairs. I bought this in February and I have used my Dyson maybe 5 times since I received this one. However…today it broke and I see there are other reviews that had the same exact break. I have contacted the seller and hopefully they will replace it as the broken part seems to be from a bad batch. This is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. Once we have a resolution, I will update my review.

This product worked AMAZING. Loved that brush is detachable and can be cleaned, the different attachments. Just be careful with BIIGG messes. Overall battery life is great. I can vaccuum my entire house with the battery life.

I love in a decently sized one bedroom with hardwood floors and some carpeting. When fully charged, I can easily vacuum my entire place. However, it does take long to charge and doesn’t have the strongest suction, but I love that it’s cordless and easy to maneuver. For the price, it’s certainly worth it as it gets the job done.

My vacuum performs surprisingly well for a battery operated machine for the price due to its powerful motor. The unit that I received had some battery issues that was quickly remedied by the seller who responded by sending me a new battery replacement, postage free. The included HEPA filter is pretty decent, still trucking on after months of use with minimal maintenance. I still havent got around to using the other filter that comes with the purchase. All in all, Im happy with the purchase but Ill provide an update should there be any changes.

I had this vacuum for 2 months and it worked great until I was using it today and the handle snapped from the motor. I will consider getting another one, but dissapointed that It broke after only 2 months.

My husband planned on vacuuming as normal and went to lean the vacuum back to start, and when he did the whole thing snapped off of the long attachment. It wasn’t fixable, you can see in the image the plastic actually broke off from the handle attachment and it was not useable from that point. Of course I was devastated (lol) this vacuum gets lots of use in our home with a crawling baby and I’m lost without it! My husband was sure he wasn’t rough with it or anything and it just seemed to snap during use… well after looking at other reviews from previous purchasers I saw the exact same thing happened to them due to a possible bad batch! I contacted customer service through a fill-in form on their website and they got back to me quickly and sent us a new replacement part. It’s Wednesday (I contacted them Sunday) and the replacement is already here. I’m amazed, other companies need to take notes. Thanks Fabuletta!
