> 3 dayI bought this item and after a couple of uses, part of the handle broke during regular use. I was frustrated so I reached out to seller and their customer service was great. I provided a photo and the information they requested and sent me a replacement for it and it arrived the next day. Its great to see customer service this great these days where everything feels so automated. The product works well and battery has a long life so far. Im extremely happy with this product :)

> 3 dayI love how convenient my Fabuletta cordless vacuum is. The detachable handheld is so great to use in my vehicle. I have tile flooring and the Fabuletta works great to clean up. I emailed the seller to request a part replacement (due to misplacing it, not malfunction) and they responded right away. They offered to replace the part right away. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend making this purchase.

> 3 dayThis vacuum surprised me with its combination of quietness and power. We use it mainly for our hardwood kitchen floor and a couple of area rugs, and it works very well. It gets right up close to the walls and does a pretty good job in the corners as well. There are two detachable wands (one long, one with a brush) for using it as a hand-vac. All in all, a pretty decent value. Now for the flaws. First, the dirt compartment has a snap closure that can open very easily, spilling your dust all over the place. Ive had it happed at least twice, just by bumping it against the edge of a table or corner of a door. Easily fixable, if not pretty, with some gaffer tape or, as I did, with a couple of pieces of sticky Velcro. They should fix this with a more secure latch. Second, and less severe, the wall mount (and there is no floor mount) does not serve as a charger. So every time you put this vac away, you have to remember to plug in the charging cable. Two design flaws so easily remedied. The good news is that it has replaceable batteries. Having owned several of these cordless stick vacuums, a failing battery means you have a useless product. I had one fail on me in less than a year. Another, from Eufy (no longer offered), has lasted years, but I fully expect the battery to fail any day. So...the lesson is, if you buy this very nice vacuum, buy an extra battery as well. It will add 20% to your purchase price, but it means that youll extend the useful life of your product significantly.

> 3 dayLove this vacuum! I’ve got a bad back and pulling out a normal size corded vacuum can be just about torture for me. This vacuum is nice and lightweight with serious suction power. Insane value for the price in my opinion. All the attachments work great and you can configure the vacuum in so many different ways! The suction is so strong on some of my shorter Berber carpets that it almost gets stuck to it - and I am perfectly fine with that. It’s a great way to know that it’s doing its job. Are you going to be able to vacuum an entire 1500 sq ft home in one battery charge? Nope. And I am 110% ok with that. I can make it through 3 13x13 rooms with rugs and hard floors without a recharge on the setting it defaults to. Yes, the dust cup is small, but any bigger and you start adding weight. The cup is so easy to empty, who cares if you have to empty a few times. It’s one of the only upright vacuums that does a great job on hardwood and tile floors. It gets everything. Does a better job on the hard surfaces than my full size Shark.

> 3 dayI was really wary when I first received this and put it together because it is so small and light - I thought it couldnt possibly do a real cleaning job. I was so pleasantly surprised! I love it and wish Id had it all along! Its small enough that it goes under counters and eaves that my old Oreck wouldnt, yet still has the suction of my old one. The real test will come Christmastime with pine needles but so far its done everything I need it to. Its so easy and lightweight that I find myself using it daily so my floors stay cleaner than ever. Drawbacks? If youre wanting to do the entire house youll probably need to recharge in between. You need to empty the canister often as its small but its such a breeze to do that and its clear so you can see when you need to. I find myself doing it about every 2-3 uses. I LOVE not having to mess with a bag. The ON button is so close to where you hold it during use that I find myself accidentally shutting it off.

> 3 dayThis stick vacuum is fine. I have some issues since I’m a dog groomer & I’ve used many of my clients vacuums. It’s just ok. It will shut off if you slightly move your hand off the power, the charge on low is about 20 minutes. It has the suction power, but keeping it on is frustrating. For the price it’s fine but I have a feeling I’ll upgrade. I don’t need a shark, as some I’ve used are from Amazon & not name brand. If you need touch up & have pet hair this will be ok. It works good on carpet & some short rugs. Overall I’d recommend it if you need a touch up quick vacuum.

Greater than one weekEDIT UPDATE: Was contacted by the seller about the broken vac and was sent a replacement and quickly free of charge. Since I now have one that works, vac is a solid 4 stars! Its lightweight, and unlike a lot of vacuums in the price range, it actually has a powered roller that spins to kick up dirt. It was good for steps and hardwood floors. It was a little light on the suction but but it cleaned up the carpets and hardwood floors just fine Main issue is when I went to get low like go under a bed, the vac just snapped even though i didnt do anything other than use it as instructed. looking a it closer, its seems the screws it uses to connect the arm to the main body arent no where near long enough to support the tension of vacuuming under a table/bed/whatever when you get low. I might be able to fix it with some longer proper screws and a decent amount of hot glue. tbh I didnt expect from from what seems like a copy cat product but it wasnt actually do bad. I may raise the rating if i can fix it but since it snapped at the literally the most important part we will have to see.

> 3 dayI really enjoyed the easy use of this vacuum and the different attachments, but then the vacuum motor portion broke off of the main stick!

> 3 dayUnfortunately, I couldnt use it because the battery didnt run out whether it was my fault or the products problem and vaccum container was little bit small, but the company read my feedback and wanted to know what the problem was right away, it would have been fine if I had ordered the product again. It was very difficult for companies that usually dont give feedback to replace things or get parts back. And for electrical products, it is recommended to buy insurance together. Especially in my case, the vacuum always broke down after about a year.

> 3 dayVery limited battery life unless used on lowest setting. Will need to by back-up battery at $48 which would have been an issue if the vac had been more expensive. Good suction even on lowest setting. Will eat your throw rugs though. It’s light weight is great for back disabled or the elderly.
