I bought this item and after a couple of uses, part of the handle broke during regular use. I was frustrated so I reached out to seller and their customer service was great. I provided a photo and the information they requested and sent me a replacement for it and it arrived the next day. Its great to see customer service this great these days where everything feels so automated. The product works well and battery has a long life so far. Im extremely happy with this product :)

I really like this little guy! Easy to clean filter and cannister, Good suction, and 3 speeds to conserve battery life. Has a high quality roll feel to it on the wood floors too. I like the way the extension wand works too, never seen anything like that before, super easy. Also like that itll stand up on its own, so no bending over to pick it up when you stop for any reason. Battery time is around maybe 15 minutes or so, which is plenty of time for me to get done what I need to. I like that the battery pack is removeable. A link to spare batteries wouldnt hurt. If my place was any bigger, and if...IF I felt like vacuuming a little more, Id sure like that 2nd battery. It also, on a rare occasion, will change speeds on its own. They have an odd touch sensitive switch on the top to change speeds. Seems like thats haunted from time to time, but in no way a deal breaker. All in all, I really like this lil guy! The attachments are really handy and work very well too. I like the mini brush roller head. Great for cat hair off a multitude of surfaces, couches, cushions, etc.

[Updated] The company promptly replaced my original vacuum saying that there was a defective batch. So far, the new vacuum is doing well and there have been no major issues. Still not the strongest suction but it gets the job done. The vacuum is pretty top heavy and prone to tipping over so I typically had it set up so it would lean against another object and not fall to the ground. After a few weeks, it tipped and slid down to the floor and ended shattering the area where the vacuum attaches to the various ends yielding it unusable. Very disappointed given the fall was pretty mild and landed on carpet.

Received this vacuum on March 3rd. Worked really well on our hardwood floors and small area rugs. Liked the three power modes and the light on the vacuum head. The other day, two months after I received the unit, I was vacuuming an area rug and the vacuum rod just snapped from the vacuum itself! Duct tape to the rescue until I find a new one...... But.......Customer service was wonderful! After writing this review, I was contacted by Fabuletta and they promptly sent me a replacement. Thanks Kiki.....

I use this thing daily. It is an AWESOME little cordless vacuum! It has a light so I can see where I missed under beds and in hallways. The battery life is excellent. I have ran for an hour and a half on 1 charge. I have a Dyson that I love, but it has a cord, no light and it was impossible to use on my stairs. I bought this in February and I have used my Dyson maybe 5 times since I received this one. However…today it broke and I see there are other reviews that had the same exact break. I have contacted the seller and hopefully they will replace it as the broken part seems to be from a bad batch. This is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. Once we have a resolution, I will update my review.

EDIT UPDATE: Was contacted by the seller about the broken vac and was sent a replacement and quickly free of charge. Since I now have one that works, vac is a solid 4 stars! Its lightweight, and unlike a lot of vacuums in the price range, it actually has a powered roller that spins to kick up dirt. It was good for steps and hardwood floors. It was a little light on the suction but but it cleaned up the carpets and hardwood floors just fine Main issue is when I went to get low like go under a bed, the vac just snapped even though i didnt do anything other than use it as instructed. looking a it closer, its seems the screws it uses to connect the arm to the main body arent no where near long enough to support the tension of vacuuming under a table/bed/whatever when you get low. I might be able to fix it with some longer proper screws and a decent amount of hot glue. tbh I didnt expect from from what seems like a copy cat product but it wasnt actually do bad. I may raise the rating if i can fix it but since it snapped at the literally the most important part we will have to see.

The vacuum and attachments were just what I needed for doing quick vacuuming during the week. With having 2 dogs that shed it really was perfect and easy to use and accessible. I’ve had this vacuum for 2 months and when I went to click it in to stand up straight it didn’t click all the way and fell over. The bottom nossle broke off and the vacuum won’t work.

I’ve been really impressed with this cordless vacuum. It maneuvers beautifully in tight corners and transitions from rugs to hardwood. The attachments are slick and useful. After having it for a few months, it would no longer charge. After reaching out directly to Fabuletta, the customer service team asked a few questions and determined I needed to replace the charger. They sent it immediately, free of charge. I really appreciate both getting a quick response and a quick solution. Highly recommended.

This vacuum is AWESOME for the price! I had my Dyson Motorhead stick vacuum stolen by an ex (he swears he didnt) and this vacuum is not too different feature wise. The maneuverability is not as good as Dyson, also the battery doesnt last as long (dysons high speed mode died almost just as fast as this vacuums) and this one doesnt do well on high carpets. Everything else is totally comparable and this one even has a feature that my Dyson didnt have, IT STANDS UP ON ITS OWN!! another thing a little different is the power button. My Dyson had to stay held down while this on does not. Could be a pro or a con, Ive noticed I tend to accidentally turn it off from hitting the button and it does get a bit annoying. Over all though, for the price, this is a great alternative to a name brand vacuum.

I have used this almost daily for about a month now. If you are using it on high, which I do, then it lasts about 10-15 minutes. It works for me because it allows me to get my common area in that time. Charging takes a few hours. Both of these things make me want to invest in another battery, but spending half of what I paid for the entire unit just on a battery isn’t very appealing to me at the moment. If I get tired of it dying on me, then I may pull the trigger. I use it mainly on fake hardwood floors and it does the job. We have used it a couple times on carpet and on high seems to do ok. Overall not bad for the price considering name brand of the exact thing are twice the price
