I really enjoyed the easy use of this vacuum and the different attachments, but then the vacuum motor portion broke off of the main stick!

I love all the different attachments for use with the same base. I use it several times a day, inside and also to clean out the van. It’s lightweight so my boys enjoy helping vacuum and do so willingly. I can definitely get places that I couldn’t with my old one. It’s also pretty quiet, so I don’t worry about waking the baby. I wish the run time was long since I have to charge it every day, but I should also probably just not clean THAT much. I think the run time is accurate as advertised.

First time writing a review here..but I had to. I purchase this and it broke in less than one month I loved this lil thing, replaced my broom & vacuum & with it being cordless i can clean my car!!! That until it broke! I am a gentle user, so kinda bummed it broke so easily. The housing/connector piece on the top handle snapped into two at the base, exposing the wires. **** I understand there is a one year warranty available, waiting to hear back from the seller on next steps so I may return and receive a new vacuum. *** Amazon is very helpful ensuring the seller responds, so hopefully a response super soon!! I see others have had same problem, so perhaps the manufacturer for this will also rethink and fix the design. —day 1 update: heard back from seller, waiting next steps.

good, strong vacuum. only gripe is i wish the battery life was better.

I absolutely love this vacuum, as a relatively new mother in a relatively new big house, this made sweeping up floors significantly faster and easier. After maybe the first 6 months or so, I did have an issue with the tube attachment intermittently losing connection, but customer support was super friendly and helped me finally get to the bottom of the issue and sent me a replacement so that I can get back to using the full benefits of my favorite vacuum ever!

Received this vacuum on March 3rd. Worked really well on our hardwood floors and small area rugs. Liked the three power modes and the light on the vacuum head. The other day, two months after I received the unit, I was vacuuming an area rug and the vacuum rod just snapped from the vacuum itself! Duct tape to the rescue until I find a new one...... But.......Customer service was wonderful! After writing this review, I was contacted by Fabuletta and they promptly sent me a replacement. Thanks Kiki.....

Yeah I sent it back and ordered a different one, why you ask? It was so lightweight and felt filmsy to someone who had always had huge vacuums, I just couldnt believe it would last, so I sent it back. I got a better, more expensive, one so why do I say I regret it? This one had a better light than the more expensive, and heavier, one that I got, it had better suction even though it said the more expensive one had a more powerful motor and when I was cleaning this one would stand up on its on which is a big help. The one I ordered when I sent this one back would fall over if I tried to stand it up so I always have to remember to lay it down. So I am just a grandmother from Ky if you are wondering if this is a real review, it is. I am not sure what I am going to do but if I could go back I would definitely had keep this vacuum. So if you are considering getting this one I would so go for it.

I do like this product but the battery life is about 10 min. It charges relatively quick but it is not going to work well for large homes or areas unless you have time to charge every 10 min. It does have decent suction and a washable filter. Does not compare to Dyson quality in my opinion.

Update: Although I was past the return date, Amazon customer service helped me to get in contact with the Fabuletta manufacturing company and they were very quick to respond to my concern and promptly replaced my vacuum. For that I am thankful and will update my star rating. They mentioned they had gotten a bad batch of parts. I was happy with this vacuum at first but it has broken already after very little use and only having for a few months. I am not impressed by that at all! There is no way to fix it as the piece snapped that connects to the foot. Terrible product and would not recommend buying.

After a good amount of research into cordless vacuums, I selected the Fabuletta 25Kpa cordless vacuum cleaner earlier this year. The reason I choose this brand and model number was: - The powerful 250 W motor providing ample suction power + “boost” speed switch - 25.9V/22mAh battery giving me 35 minutes non-stop vacuum time at normal speed. - Light weight at 5.5 lbs - Washable HEPA filter with mesh cover + An extra HEPA filter - Numerous attachments/accessories for carpet, floor and small nooks - Replacement battery The vacuum was/is excellent and got used daily for a 30 min run. The canister had plenty of space and the best part was easy cleaning and washing of the HEPA filter. I liked the replacement battery which allowed me to run longer by having a 2nd battery. However, after 4 months of continuous use, the attachment to the main unit broke which made the entire vacuum unusable. That is when I reached out to Support.us@fabuletta.com, and Cassie stepped in to help. A couple of emails back & forth, sent pics of broken part and they replaced the broken unit with a brand new one in 3 days. Now that’s just amazing customer service. But beyond a great customer experience this is a solid product given the functions and features you’re getting.
