> 24 hourBought this 1 TB SSD to replace slower spinner 500 GB on board. Also ordered one stick of 4GB SODimm to round out max to 8 GB Ram by adding this 2nd stick to pair with the existing 4 GB. Already performed disc clone from old to new. Havent added SSD to PC yet. Ill crack it open when RAM arrives next few days.

> 24 hourOriginally bought for my business laptop. Worked so well I got one for my hubby’s. Was easy to install and is much faster than the old hard drives I replaced with this drive. I don’t save a lot of videos so the size was good for me but I’d suggest getting a drive with more storage for those who download lots of videos

> 24 hourI had an old secondary laptop that was dragging with an 5400 rpm HDD. Rather than upgrading to a new laptop, I decided to give an SSD upgrade a try. I am completely satisfied with the result. The laptop now boots almost instantaneously with no lag swapping/opening programs. For less than $20, I feel like I have a new laptop. Outside of YouTubing how to open the laptop, installation was a breeze and the SSD fit exactly as it should. Installation of OS and Programs was superfast. Time will tell longevity of the no name brand, but Im not terribly concerned after watching multiple video reviews.

> 24 hourInstalled in an Acer 10+ year old laptop 1.8ghz pentium, 8GB ddr3, windows 10,,,, WOW what a difference in speed. Not exaggerating, its ALOT faster. Highly recommend for an upgrade, then just buy a 2.5 sata case and use your old SATA as an external HDD.

About The Details
> 24 hourCopying data over now. The path is Ethernet from a Win10 PC to Win11 PC through a WIFI router. Data rate shows as 113MB/sec, typical of other devices connected this way. I assume it is Ethernet limiting the transfer rate. Will be done in 3 hours. SATA III capability is around 550MB/sec. The mini PC had a SATA III port not a second m.2 NVME. Once data is copied over this SSD should work well. The price was nearly $40 less than some name brand SSDs.P
