> 3 dayFor the price its great. It is not as fast as most expensive SSDs but it is a good value for the price. Works as fast as I need.

> 3 dayIt works but the speed is way too low compared to other SSDs. The attached pictures shows my old QNine with the Ranxiana, Both through a USB 3.0 adapter. The Ranxiana is nearly 10 times slower. It is going back. UPDATE: I tried with a USB3.0 to SSD adapter instead of the SSD to USB C to USB3.0 and the result is totally different. Still slower than my other drivers but usable (see third attached picture). I did order a Western digital to put in my Lenovo instead and will keep this one for external general storage. At that price still a good deal. = I did cancel the return.

> 3 dayPurchased this to increase my capacity of the ssd, Installed a fresh copy of Windows 10,, updated everything..even those the proposed write speed is supposed to be a bit faster than my Kingston ssd, it is slow.. visibly slower .. not worth sending back so maybe I’ll just install Linux on it and see what happens or just use it for extra external storage.. live and learn I guess

> 3 dayI had an old secondary laptop that was dragging with an 5400 rpm HDD. Rather than upgrading to a new laptop, I decided to give an SSD upgrade a try. I am completely satisfied with the result. The laptop now boots almost instantaneously with no lag swapping/opening programs. For less than $20, I feel like I have a new laptop. Outside of YouTubing how to open the laptop, installation was a breeze and the SSD fit exactly as it should. Installation of OS and Programs was superfast. Time will tell longevity of the no name brand, but Im not terribly concerned after watching multiple video reviews.

> 3 dayI have a 7 year old laptop that has a SATA harddrive and after I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7, my laptop got extremely slow, to the point where it was almost unusable, simple tasks took forever. So I bought this SATA SSD and did an upgrade and it works well thus far. I did a fresh install of Windows 10 on the SSD and I removed the cdrom and put the old harddrive in a caddy that fits in the CD-ROM slot. My laptop is now alot faster and feels good as new.
