> 24 hourWhat is there to dislike? Virtually every tool you need for a thoorough basic and quick analysis in fault finding. Its all here in one tool! Ive used the precuser for around 15years & would have bet my Trade Certification on it, however this is another light year ahead! Non contact volts/ Amps & Hertz, probeless readings..... Fluken Fantastic!

> 24 hourWhen I first use a fellow contractor’s T6-1000 I was very impressed… So I got my own T6-1000Pro. It fails to show the decimal point on the DC or AC “Auto Select” setting for the leads. It only measures whole numbers, and I need it to measure decimals. Very misleading about this, even in the Quick start guide in the picture I posted, I may return it because for work, I have to measure with millivolts on the work orders.

> 24 hourThe only reason I gave the lower scores was I wasn’t able to use all the options. I needed the meter for a new job site, I was starting, it was an absolute necessity. When I received the meter without any of the accessories, I was extremely disappointed. The Fluke box was partially open upon arrival. Sending it back was not an option at the time. The meter itself worked fine for standard operation, but I could of paid less for the stripped down version, instead of paying more for the package and not getting it anyway.

> 24 hourVoltage sense was not dependable. Replace voltage sense with wifi or a magnetic back to secure meter.

> 24 hourI bought this unit to replace a broken T5-1000. These units function the same but I find that the field sense voltage measurement is finicky and often just find myself using the probes for accurate readings. There is a small area on the back of the unit that you touch to ground out and get the reading. The screen illuminates green to indicate you are reading correctly, but it still isnt perfect. This function is kind of a fancy non contact voltage tester (wiggly) in that it gives a reading but it can be off by more than 50 volts.
