> 3 dayI have 3 of the surge protectors and used it in my previous apt with little issues such as random loss of connections. Ive recently moved to a new build home with fiberoptics and 2/3 of these stopped connecting. One works fine in the living room but the other 2 would not pick up the signal. After resetting it multiple time, they still didnt work. I contacted the company and they couldnt troubleshoot over the phone so they requested I sent a video of the Nth time to reset them to demonstrate that the devices were faulty. I waited for 2 replacements and I received 1 strip a day before they emailed me the tracking information after I waited a month for it. I started the process in July and received a device around August. I emailed them to follow up for the second device... 5 emails and 3 months later, they are still asking for my utmost patience but they still dont have a product out for me. This company has lost me as a customer, I will never purchase their products again. Id suggest that you save yourself the money and grief, go with another product, ANY OTHER PRODUCT... chances are other companies may have more reliable smart surge protectors and much better customer service and not make you wait 3... going on 4 months for a replacement.

> 3 dayThe ability to schedule when it turns on and off in areas of the house when I no longer use them helps control my energy bill.

> 3 dayI like the wi fi power strips, and this is the first one that Ive seen with 6 outlets. Plan is to use this with an aquarium build. I have a couple 4 outlet strips that also have USB plugs. Currently trialing this on my pico saltwater tank. And notice the outlets needed to be wider apart for those bulky converter plugs. And that a couple of USB plugs would be nice. Although when I put this on the tank Im building wont need USB. Although I love that I can make on/off schedules for refugium light and protein skimmer, and that I can just tell Alexa to turn off my pico pump and auto top off when doing water change or any work on the tank. Finally would appreciate a way to hang this power strip/attach it to the wall.

> 3 dayThis device is awesome and it works great. I use Google to turn on multiple things at ONE TIME now, each plug really does work individually or you can turn on the whole strip. WOW! Love this device, was thinking about getting a 2nd one however I dont have another area that I need that many plugs, so Ive gone with their DUO plug a couple of times. Love that you can use the app to turn on/off, schedule times to turn things on and off which is really great as well! Would recommend this one for sure as well as the DUO plug. Both work well and Ive had no issues.

> 3 dayVery difficult to set up, very difficult to reach anyone in support. It took me an hour to setup, another brand I had set up in minutes. The app is extremely glitchy, but the worst part is that the timers don’t always work. If you are using this to control timed lighting or devices for reptiles, fish, or plants, DO NOT use this product! It will leave your heat lamps on! You will find other reviews that say the same. I bought this to replace a Gosund brand similar product. I was perfectly happy with that brand, just needed more outlets than any of their products offer. I would definitely recommend any by Gosund instead unless you need more than 3-4 outlets and don’t want to take up more than one outlet on the wall.

Greater than one weekI had no issue with setup. I can turn on/off each plug via Alexa or Google home. This saves me money as I only turn on things connected to my TV as needed. The app looks like a copied version of Tuya / Smart Things... but alot of smart devices have apps that seam to borrow from that app.

18-12-2024Setup was a breeze, create a Geeni account, add the device to it. I also connected to alexa. I was looking for something to shut off my monitors and computers overnight to save energy as the rates here are skyrocketing. Problem is, I would be sitting at my desk, sometimes on a zoom meeting and the smart plug would decide to power off and then on. Not good as it takes a minute or 2 for everything to come back up again. Double checked there were no schedules run to cause this. Checked for new firmware. This happened at different times too of the day too. After the 4th time it happened while I was presenting remotely, I returned it.

> 3 dayThis item works well—when it works. After weeks of back and forth with tech support it was decided that a replacement item would be sent. That was over a month ago. Ive sent over a dozen emails asking a status on the replacement and they do not respond. Avoid this company!

Greater than one weekI purchased the 6-outlet version of this about a month ago, to use with my desktop PC and monitors, and so far it has been fantastic. I use it not with Alexa but with Google Home, and I have had no issues there. I did have a little difficulty setting it up - but that was entirely user error (I forgot I had changed my WEP key... oof), and had I not made that mistake, would have had it up and running within minutes of receiving it. Something I appreciate is that it makes a satisfying click when turning the outlets on or off, which is both pleasant (imo) but also useful for troubleshooting. The only thing Im not wild about is having to download a third-party app in order to integrate it with Google Home, but ultimately thats not been an issue. It doesnt take up much space on my phone and has not been pushy or annoying in any way - I tend to forget its there. Overall, this is a great value for a smart strip, I would recommend it.
