> 24 hourFor the money this is a no brainer. The machine does extremely well with good suction power. It is easy to clean and to use. The stair tool works excellent. I was surprised how good that it was for the price. I have used commercial equipment in the past many times, and can say that the results are about the same as this. It is possible that this machine does slightly better since it has the rollers to do deep cleaning. With a commercial cleaner you need to scrub the carpets with a carpet rake to get it this good. The amount of dirt that came out of the carpet is incredible. I have used other residential carpet cleaners too and this one is way better than the others I have tried. I dont think that it is too loud but it is what I would expect from anything this powerful. The cord could be longer but adding an extension cord or moving to another plug is not that hard. The dirty tank comes on and off with no trouble. It is pretty light when its empty, but seems to be made good. Was really easy to set up and understand how to use it. Came with a sample bottle of shampoo and I was happy about that. It was enough to do a couple of rooms. Also, to clean the brushes it is super easy and you dont have to flip it over to do it so that is a major bonus. Everything comes apart for maintenance and there isnt much they didnt think of when making this. I give 5 stars. So glad I got it. Cannot speak for the life of the thing, but I dont see any issues after cleaning all my carpet. (there is a lot of it) Highly recommend and love this cleaner.

> 24 hourI have never used a carpet cleaner like this before so I have no idea if it is better or worse than others. I bought this to clean the carpet in my apartment because I didn’t feel like vacuuming alone got it clean. I was right, this cleaner pulls a whole lot of nastiness out of carpet. The biggest surprise was how much hair my top-of-the-line vacuum misses. This cleaner easily gathers up the excess hair and fuzz and turns it into wads of gray chewed-up looking clots that resemble rat fur. Very disgusting, but helpful since most of it doesn’t get tangled in the inside of the cleaner. After using it several times, I found the best way to get an area clean was to spray it going forward and backward and then to run the cleaner over each area around 15 times for minimal dampness. I cleaned all the carpeted areas of my apartment with it twice and the water was still pretty cloudy. The solution reservoir doesn’t hold much—it’s enough to do half a mid-sized bedroom and then you are on to the next debacle—cleaning it. Cleaning the cleaner is by far the worst part. Debris gets caught up in the housing around the roller and while you can take it apart to clean it, you have to remove some screws and it is a pain. The dirty water reservoir is hard to empty. There is a handy little strainer that looks like a coffee k-cup that you can pop out and rinse off so that is handy. The downside is that you have to empty and refill the cleaner a lot unless you’re just using it for a small space or a rug. It came with a sample of pet odor neutralizing cleaning solution and that is what I purchased for continued use and I do not care for it. It smells vaguely like floor cleaner but mostly like pencil lead. It did neutralize the pet odor after two uses—I had an elderly cat who had a few accidents in the last days of her life. I doubt this would make much difference if there had been more urine or a stronger urine odor. The smell dissipated over 12 hours with the window open and fans on to dry the carpet completely. This mentions stairs—I could not use it on my standard-size carpeted stairs. It is bulky and can’t cover the whole stair going side to side, and there isn’t enough suction to dry them out if you try to go at them from the front. For the love of dog, do NOT add the solution to the reservoir before the water. The instructions explicitly say to add it last and there is a reason for that. Overall, I would say the product works okay but if I had it to do over again I would have just had professionals come and clean the carpets for me. I can’t wait to move somewhere with no carpet!

> 24 hourI hesitated giving this 5 stars because there are a couple of issues but then it does do an excellent job getting spots out the professionals I have had did not get out. My issues are: the cord mounted on the motor (I suppose thats where it needs to be) is totally in the way. You have to hold it to keep it out of the way. They should have a clip or something to mount it on the upper handle. The other problem is it doesnt dry as well as the manufacturer says. And it will drip a little if you stop for minute. You will need to give your carpet time to dry completely.

> 24 hourHonestly, this thing is fantastic. For reference, I have two huskies, four cats and a fiancé. They all have simultaneous dirty feet at least a couple of times a week from spending time outside. My crazy nalgas fell in love with this white rug and just had to have it against my better judgment. Sure enough, the dinge was taking over my pristine rug while I cried tears of sourness as my sanity slipped away. Hand-scrubbing did help but it did nothing to restore my once snow-white rug. So, I caught this machine on sale and figured what-the-hey Ill try this out and if I hate it, back it will go. The photo I took was after one pass. Suffice it to say, I was ecstatic. If you are loca like me and have light-colored rugs/carpets with grime gremlins lurking in your home.. buy this machine, seriously. Its amazeballz. Oh and in case you were wondering, I was using OxyClean Large Area carpet cleaner in the machine.

> 24 hourThe only thing I’m not happy with this item is the cord is too short. I have to keep unplugging to another outlet to reach the other end of my bedroom and I don’t have a large bedroom. Longer cord would have being better.

> 24 hourI really liked this carpet cleaner. Its very easy to use and to clean out. It does a good job of cleaning and sucks the dirty water up really well. Its also not as heavy as some of them so its easier for me to carry around. The price was right - it was definitely a good choice!

> 24 hourThis was exactly what I was looking for. It’s super light and easy to use. Cleaned up all the pet and kid stains. Actually seeing the dirty water shows you how much power it has. ❤️

> 24 hourWe had stains on our carpet from pets. We would spot clean, but it never completely removed the stains. So I decided to try this Hover Power Dash Pet Carpet Cleaner and Im so glad I did. It has restored our carpet to its original state - utterly amazing. I only gave it 4 stars because of the cumbersome way to clean all the parts. Some areas required having to take the screws off. Other than that, we were so satisfied. Some of these stains were years old and now they are gone. Great product and liquid solution.

> 24 hourIts a really good machine for the money. The motor was more powerful then I expected after I read other reviews. The water reservoirs are small, but I expect that for the price. I have had it now 6 months and it has cleaned some really nasty carpets. I am very impressed. Only thing I wish it had was able to clear furniture as well. I received more than expected so I cant complain.

> 24 hourI have a lot of old terrible carpet that Ive struggled to keep clean. This finally got up crap that was so deep I thought it was part of the carpet now. Maybe Im not going over it enough but it doesnt seem to fully dry. Still though, it gets the job done.
