> 3 dayThis is an outstanding laptop! The touch screen is a great feature and the clarity of the screen is sharp and clear!! Super lightweight and great battery life. Couldnt be happier. After buying one and working with it & liking it so much, I bought a second one as a gift for my daughter, whos in college. You wont be disappointed with this laptop.

> 3 dayLess than 8 months of use and the WiFi module stopped working and there are no drivers on the HP site to update the software. Software support only valid for 30 days after purchase. So HP blames Windows for a botched update. Independent computer tech says there is no fix for the missing wireless software drivers. Now we have an 8 month old laptop that can not connect to the internet. Do not buy HP

> 3 dayI bought 2 of these for my daughters so they could do distance learning. They are great for that (although I wished they had more USB ports). BUT- while the speakers are decent and have a good volume, the built in microphone is GARBAGE. Pay $25 and get yourself a stand-alone USB microphone or a USB headset with a boom microphone. You will be glad you did.

Greater than one weekThis laptop came defective. Its not faster than HDD HP laptops in the $400 range. It gets extremely burning hot & very loud very fast. Its a lot more I dislike but just know that its a thumbs down and I been buying HP laptops every year for almost 10 years. If your buying a HP laptop Ill say buy a HDD between the $300-400 range on sale. Also the only reason I bought this laptop is because it was the only HP laptop available during this pandemic & I only kept it because I was offered a 40% refund to keep it. Also to take out the battery or anything else you have to remove the full keyboard and more so thats a headache.

> 3 dayUnfortunately, like another reviewer my laptop also has a wifi adapter problem. I spent 1/2 a day with HP trying to troubleshoot and eventually had to wipe the computer and restore to manufacturer settings. That worked for about 8 hours and again the adapter was disabled or corrupted. I was able to find a USB to Ethernet converter so I can connect to the internet - but that then interferes with the reaction time of my wireless mouse and keyboard....plus connecting to the ethernet with a really long chord when working from home is very inconvenient when, you know, I bought a laptop for its portability.

> 3 dayMy son loves his new laptop. He says it is fast and the graphics are amazing. My only comment is that the fan is very loud sometimes, I can hear it in the next room, so I think I might get one of the fan stands for him next.
