> 3 dayI have to admit I got this over a year ago actually one year and 45 days. Was doing perfect had no issues and I was extremely happy with the product. The only issue after one year warranty ran out 45 days later the complete system crashed and cannot be fixed. By no one!. If I wanted to go ahead and get it fixed per the HP customer support technology they would have to replace the hard drive and everything else which would cost more than what the actual computer cost me. So let me just say this if you want to computer spend that kind of money for one year only this is the perfect computer you get if you want anything after a year and get another brand get another computer this is ridiculous. One year 45 days exactly

> 3 dayThis computer has needed to be returned 2x. And still doesn’t work the first time the wireless internet wouldn’t work. They took 2months to finally send a new computer which turned out to be a refurbished one. It lasted a week the. It wouldn’t turn on. They tried to trouble shoot so they didn’t have to send a new one.
