> 3 dayThis product is defected this is my second I just received today and same issue upload speed to slow the first time hp did not want to do anything until I involved Amazon then took over a week of test to find out what I have explained to them was not working so amazon sent me a new one even that it past the 30 guaranteed then I test this one and same problem I call hp spent another 3 hrs waisted my time to tell me again that it is defected they can pick this up and send me a refurbished one I said no and sent it back to Amazon so be careful and test it right away otherwise you will have a hard time for hp to help you thanks to Amazon I was able to get my money back

> 3 dayUnfortunately, like another reviewer my laptop also has a wifi adapter problem. I spent 1/2 a day with HP trying to troubleshoot and eventually had to wipe the computer and restore to manufacturer settings. That worked for about 8 hours and again the adapter was disabled or corrupted. I was able to find a USB to Ethernet converter so I can connect to the internet - but that then interferes with the reaction time of my wireless mouse and keyboard....plus connecting to the ethernet with a really long chord when working from home is very inconvenient when, you know, I bought a laptop for its portability.
