> 3 dayI did notice the poor screen quality and didnt care about the lack of an ethernet port until, of course, the wi-fi would not work. Suddenly, the Wi-Fi stopped working or detecting any networks. I spent hours and hours trying to repair this little useless laptop, finally hooking it up to a router(after purchasing an adapter as it has no port) seemed to establish new network adapter drivers, only to have the same thing happen again and this time, was not able to resolve it again. No way to download or try to update or fix it online without hooking up directly to the router and then it corrupted a second time, and unsolvable.

> 3 dayI love how light this laptop is and its so thin! Super fast also. They only things I would like to have had in hindsight is a lighted keyboard, but other than that its a great laptop. The fan is a little loud sometimes, but not all the time.

05-01-2025I will never buy another HP product after the way they handled a defect. I bought the computer for my 6th grader for virtual school. We had problem after problem with it. It finally quit connecting to the internet altogether. The error message clearly stated it is hardware or driver issues. We are still under the one year warranty. After speaking to tech support for over 30 minutes they refuse to honor the warranty and kept saying it was a virus. Clearly not a virus and is a lemon. They want me to pay to have it repaired. Will not happen. I’ve now purchased an Apple MacBook and have had no issues. I highly recommend you don’t waste your money on an HP.

> 3 dayI complained from the beginning about how erratic the laptop ran. I spent over 4 hours with their technicians telling me that we are just about at a point of fixing it. After my multiple times of complaining, I said I wanted to return it to the HP representative, and he told me it was past the month, (one week) and they could not replace it or take it back. I curse the day I switched to HP. I have bought Dell for years and never had a problem. Their laptops work. Disgusted.

> 3 dayIt was sleek, power efficient and very useful for college. The fan was really loud when it overheated though.
