Audit Defense is a mirage. Try getting any help when you need it. Turbotax customer service is abysmal and abuses its phone system to wear its customers down and give up on getting the benefits promised.

How disappointing, When I went to download it showed to be 2018 Turbo Tax. Was in a hurry when I ordered it & did not notice it to be 2018, because I did a search for 2019 turbo tax. Wasted my money.

Was able to install and work on the taxes but when filing online it asked for confirmation number which the disk or the package didnt have thus was in a situation to have to pay for it directly with TurboTax.

The sleeve and the box both came broken. And the disc also had scratches on it.

I use this for my LLC, I havent had any issues with Turbotax. I use them every year.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I like how it looks at my past years taxes and knows the answers to many of the questions. It saves me time doing my taxes.

I first did my taxes online for free with Turbotax, and I was very happy to see just how easy it was for me to do. The online version walked me through the tax process with such ease. I decided to buy Turbotax for home and business and see if I could get the same results, and I did. I did my taxes with the PC version and it was so easy to do that I cant say enough on how good this program is. After I was done I filed my taxes electronically through the program and it was a breeze. The best part is I got my refund so fast my head spun. I tell you, folks, you will be very happy doing your taxes with Turbotax, as I am. Love it,love it, love it. George...
