Between Kaytee Clean & Cozy White and Natural bedding and Carefresh, my Syrian favors the white bedding. It is very soft and he likes to bury himself in it when he sleeps. The natural bedding is rougher and not as snuggly soft for my guy. I like the compact packaging it comes in as I live in a small apartment with minimal storage space. There is hardly any noticeable dust with all Kaytee Clean & cozy bedding. No scent is the healthiest for hamsters. I cant comment on the absorbency or odor control as my hamster uses a sandbox for his toilet.

My guinea pig seems to prefer this paper bedding to wood shavings or any other material Ive tried over the years. The value for this quantity is pretty good as well.

I clean every 3-5 days. packaging per cage of 25x15 is enough for 1-1.5 months. from the minuses, when the rabbit runs out of the cage, it pulls out a lot of paper behind it.

So plastic pieces were inside the bedding, as well as literal glass and part of a switchboard. I had no choice but to use the bedding since my gerbils were overdue for a cage cleaning. So I had to sort through the whole thing with my hands. It was horrible.

Its almost like tissue paper. Jack is always throwing it out while moving around and just the breeze of walking by the cage makes more come out. The picture is at lunchtime after sweeping it all up the night before. Will go back to a thicker style once out of this.

When I only looked from the cage after placing the bedding, I could already see all the dust along the walls of the cage. It was very rough against my skin! Its probably just me, but when I touched it, that spot felt itchy for a few hours afterwards. I removed it immediately out of my hamsters cage. I will not buy this bedding again, and do not recommend it for anybody else.
