Much faster hard drive than the 1 TB 5400 RPM 2.5 SATA drive that came with my Samsung Notebook 7 Spin. Windows 10 starts up so much faster now! Using this product in the M.2 slot as the boot drive. The most difficult part was migrating the data from a larger drive to a smaller one, but thats not the products fault.

Good memory

These are on sale and I bought five of them. The first one went wonderful. I thought I did good for getting them in around 20-25 bucks. Second one had issues loading the operating system. Third one had tons of issues and eventually died within two days of install. I have not used the last two. I will probably call and get my warranty for the two that failed. I will not be buying this brand again. I do not recommend this product. Even though its cheap it is not worth it.

really made the computer faster

Replaced a SATA II 7200RPM spinning hard drive in my HP laptop that was very very slow to boot and load programs. Installed this excellent Kingston ssd, a fresh copy of win7 pro and drivers from HPs website. Laptop is way faster now. Have used Kingston for years. Might just be lucky but never had a bad experience with any of their products. Easy way to speed up a slow machine for very little money. Used to take over three minutes to boot, log in, load a browser and access the net. Now it only takes about 30 seconds.

It’s a nice SSDD, but it is small. Transfer rate could be better as well. It did bring life back into my 10 year old eeepc and is running windows 10
