Bought a couple of these and used them in conjunction with caddies in a couple other computers to replace their optical drive with a second hard drive. It has worked very well.

What can I say? So far so good. If you are looking to buy an SSD you know what the benefits are. I bought this to replace the HDD installed on my laptop. I knew before buying it that the speed of the HDD was very bad but I bought either way. Turns out the issue was worse than I expected so I waited a whole year for the warranty to expire (yes, if you swap your laptops hard drive it will void the warranty) and decided to install an SSD and boy, what a difference, now windows loads in 3 seconds (5 if the computer is acting up), all the programs run smoothly and theres no lagging of any kind when opening any of the Office Suite, overall it feels like a new computer.

I put this in my moms laptop to replace her old hardrive. Works great and as expected from an SSD. No issues.
