    I put this drive in a 8 year old computer (taking out the old spin drives), and it now runs faster than it ever did. It brought a whole new life to a machine that I have not used in 2 years because it was to slow to use. From power on to the desktop ready to use... about 35 seconds. Booting with a spinning drive on the same machine... about 5 to 10 mins.
