> 3 dayI bought it for AtmosFX and other digi decorations. I loaded 32gb on it in short order. No problems with any devices recognizing it. Cheap iRulu projector picked up Kingston immediately. You get massive storage in a tiny package. I remember when they had to have their own power source, lol. Great quality and very light. I did drop it outside and it didnt have any issues continuing. What a great time in tech to be alive.

> 3 dayI have installed these 480 GB SSDs in two different laptops. One was a sony AIO that had slowed to a crawl, and one was a brand new windows laptop that originally came with an HDD. If you are looking for an SSD then you probably already know the benefits they provide, so I wont go into that. But I will say that I have had zero issues with these products in either scenario. Crucial provides free cloning software to easily transfer info from your old drive, as well as instructions on how to make the swap (I would recommended finding instructions on how to access the drive bay and battery in your specific laptop as well, as some devices are more difficult than others). Dont forget to pick up a USB to SATA adapter if you are cloning, as well as any additional tools you might need (like tiny screwdrivers). As will all my past Crucial purchases, I am very happy with this product. Setting up a clone of your original drive and OS is easy and free with Super Duper. Once the drive is cloned, just boot up with the clone to check it, and then install the new cloned SSD into the computer. The other added benefit is that theres no more whining sound from the old HDD and both machines run much smoother and quieter now.

Greater than one weekI got this SSD for use with my Raspberry Pi 4 setup for my child and it makes a world of difference. The improvements to performance over using the SD card are night and day. Definitely well worth the upgrade.

Greater than one weekUnlike most reviews say on here thiss not plug and use like a portable SSD most portable SSDs or other SSDs Ive bought are Plug and and Use meaning the computer auto registers there size Puts a Letter on them automatically and one can then can go in and change there name and letter this SSD wasnt already registered and formatted I had to go in and do that myself after installing it.

> 3 dayYouTube showed me how to open the laptop and gain access to the original SATA drive. Once inside, installing the SSD drive is exceedingly easy. Then you just close up the laptop and install Windows. HP allows you to create a recovery USB drive before you change hard drives. Simply boot off the USB drive and go from there. Once Windows was reinstalled, and the laptop was up and running.... It was easy to tell it is SO much faster!!! Kingston is a brand name, and the price, drive size, and performance together are a huge value... Very impressed!
