Kingston 480GB A400 SATA 3 2.5 Internal SSD SA400S37/480G - HDD Replacement for Increase Performance

I bought this SSD drive as a replacement for the hard drive of my Dell Inspiron 15 5559 laptop computer, which I bought in 2016. The original hard drive crashed some months ago, and I lost EVERYTHING in the Documents folder. Thankfully, I was able to rescue the other documents. I think the drive may have gotten damaged during a flight I took in February.

I got this to replace a traditional HD in a compact laptop (an acer Chromebook that I converted to Linux). The Chromebook actually had a much larger HD, but I replaced it with this for 2 reasons:

Sized percectly, pretty fast and good built quality. I installed it in my 6 year old celeron laptop. It makes my old laptop faster, I dont have to buy newer model. I think my laptop can serve me a few more years
