The exterior cracked on both sides of the suitcase within 6 months of use. The collapsible handle also often gets locked up. Not a quality product whatsoever.

I absolutely love it. It is good quality and is just like the picture. I cant wait to use in a couple weeks when we go to the beach.

Was a little worried all the reviews were older when I purchased this for a weekend trip cause I didnt want to check a bag for a flight. Still works as a carry on and rolls super good. I think I said ‘$60 on Amazon’ at least 10 times at the airport when complimented in my suitcase.

I have a tear in one suitcase but not too noticeable and I used them once but its not that big other than that I like the suitcases.

I have hard shell luggage thats white with zebra print by a different company that Ive have for years. Since it is whites scuff marks show so I decided to get black this time. This brand is horrible. Ive traveled twice and the luggage is cracked. So back to the old luggage with scuff marks. This was definitely not worth the price!

Cute for my granddaughter. Just disappointed in the plastic wheels.

It has a short handle like its made for a child

I have used the large suitcase twice as checked baggage, and it made the trip quite well. There are a few scuff marks, but I expected that on a lightweight hard shell suitcase.
