This is our second suitcase because the first one broke on our first trip. There is no way to contact the manufacturer so I finally contacted Amazon. They were able to send me a new suitcase and I returned the broken one. It was not a simple process but I was able to make the exchange. The suitcase is good for a teenager. It is light and the hard side makes it seem sturdier. It is great for a quick weekend trip.

I have purchased rockland luggage for years now and they never disappoint. These are very light weight and durable. The only thing that sucks is that this particular does not have expandability other than that, I love this set, such a fun design!

This adorable piece was a gift for my three year old niece. Size and weight appropriate for a young person. The pull up handle and wheels make maneuverability easy. My little princess paraded the room with luggage in tote, “ it’s just like Mommy and Daddy’s!”

My 15 year old daughter loves this bright pink color of this luggage. The large size suitcase is ridiculously big. There is no possible way to fill this suitcase and keep it under 50 lbs. its mammoth! The middle size one is as expected. Holds enough for a week long trip. So far so good with it holding up. It moves very smoothly and is easy for my 5 foot tall daughter to manage. Plus its super cute for her.

Good suitcase for the price. However, used once and already has a tear in part of the lining.

Very cute, even came with programmable locks.
