This is our second suitcase because the first one broke on our first trip. There is no way to contact the manufacturer so I finally contacted Amazon. They were able to send me a new suitcase and I returned the broken one. It was not a simple process but I was able to make the exchange. The suitcase is good for a teenager. It is light and the hard side makes it seem sturdier. It is great for a quick weekend trip.

Junk!! Had to fly out of state for back and neck surgery. Needed updated luggage with wheels that would spin and relieve pressure on me. The 1st suitcases handle was broken and would only extended 1/2 up or less. So much for relieving pressure on me. The 2nd ones interior was not layed down properly. I guess you get what you pay for. But it was very, very disappointing.

Doesn t seem of good quality
