While the constructions seems average and possibly sufficient, a major problem is that the luggage ships with a protective film. The film was clearly put on before the hardware and no care was taken to make sure it could be easily removed. When you try to remove it, small pieces remain around where the handles and edging attach. The small pieces cannot be easily removed, if at all. I tried removing it with an Exacto knife, but it would have taken hours and still not looked right. Sloppy manufacturing, sloppy product.

I ordered this for our spring break trip to put all of our toiletries in that would be going into checked baggage. In the past, Ive had products spill in soft sided luggage due to the rough handling & shifting during the flight. This bag did an awesome job of keeping everything safe!

I’ve been using this carry-on bag for four years. I’ve taken it on dozens of flights. The hardshell has many scratches, but it is still sturdy. I use packing cubes and can cram a lot of clothes in the bag. I still have plenty of room in the second compartment for shoes and hairstyling tools. The wheels work well. The printed design makes it easy to spot whenever I have to gate check it. I would buy from this brand again if I decide to get a new carry-on.

It comes completely wrapped in a film to undoubtedly protect the finish. However, the film was put on, then the bag was assembled, so there is no way you can get ALL of the film off as it is embedded in some seams. There were also some imperfections with the polka dot printing, though not super obvious. If you dont look too hard, its a really cute bag. Its a good price and it seems to be made fairly well.

Nice for the price. When I first unpacked it I thought it was scuff but its just the protective plastic. Once that is removed its fine.
