> 3 dayI used it to make my plug in drum chandelier over my kitchen island switch operated. Since I plugged it in to an outlet in my upstairs loft I didnt want to have to walk up stairs to turn it off and on. This works perfectly. No connectivity issues at all. I did have to manually turn the lamp on after I plugged it into the device before it worked. After that it operates solely through the device switch.

Greater than one weekI bought a few of these for my garage and it really worked great to bring all the lighting together in groups. They worked so well that I ended up getting more and using them with my interior LED lighting. Now, instead of turning the LEDs on/off one-by-one with my phone app, now I can just touch my remote control to turn them all on/off at once. Im quite happy with the range of the remotes and how easy it is to program and reprogram the receivers. The magnetic holders for the remotes are a nice touch, too.

> 3 dayExcellent. 10 out of 10 would buy again. Very plug and play, works like a charm for an overhead shop light that I installed on the ceiling in an awkward space that just happened to have an outlet on the ceiling. Instead of trying to wire in a new ceiling light just hung a shop light and plugged it into this bad boy.

Greater than one weekI’ve got an ancient Tiffany style lamp with pull cords and one of the sockets is loose. You pull the cord, you pull the socket out of the lamp. With this handy dandy remote setup I can still use my favorite lamp without damaging it or my fingers. WIN!

> 3 dayI wanted an easier way to switch my new monitor lights (two thin lights mounted over my two computer monitors) on and off. The lights have touch buttons but I preferred something that was easier to reach and switched both lights on and off. The LoraTap works perfectly. I plugged it into an outlet on my UPS, plugged the two lights in with a USB adapter (the lights are USB powered) and put the switch on my desk. It works perfectly. The transceiver was paired out of the box but the included User Manual includes pairing instructions in case it is ever necessary. It uses a common CR2032 watch (flat) battery which came pre-installed. A mounting plate is included with peel and stick adhesive strips (LIKE Command Strips) to enable mounting the switch on a surface. About the only thing I can think of that might make it better would be some sort of luminescent cover to make it easier to find in dimly lit/dark rooms. I would highly recommend it. In fact I did. My son just installed his. I would buy another one if I had a requirement for a wireless remote switch.

> 3 dayThis product is super easy to set up and use. I use it to control exterior low voltage patio lighting. So much more effective that a solar switch as I can control exactly when I want it to turn on. I can think of over a dozen ways I can use this product in my home right now. The only criticism I have would be this: It would be nice to have a rectangular switch option to match those already on my wall - looks a little silly having a round switch next to a double wall plate light switch.

> 3 dayI like this remote control outlet and I thought it would be better than a more bulb one I have. However, I can only plug a small cord into the other outlet...this device encroaches on surrounding outlets just enough that I got both this and a power strip. Kinda bummed. It sticks out of the wall a lot too.
