> 3 dayIm switching many of my remote devices to Meross. A landscaper put in an off-brand timer for my yard lights - hard to setup and failed after a year. My Meross one bought the same time is great! Bought another to replace the off brand one and have everything in one app. Way better!

> 3 dayHomekit compatible smart plugs in general were expensive compared to non-Homekit years ago. This has changed, yes, still more expensive. But to not have to use multiple smart apps for each switch is a mental life-saver. Setup was easy scanning the QR code and adding it to the Home app. I did download the Meross app after and if you allow it to connect to your network it will find the plug to see if there are any firmware updates without having to setup the dimmer in the Meross app. So good, I bought a second one for future light additions.

Greater than one weekI purchased two of these because of the Apple HomeKit integration. We recently switched over to Full Wave Rectified (non flicker) LED lights for our Christmas Tree, and were a little surprised by the brightness. We wanted a softer look. The Meross Smart Dimmer Plug worked with HomeKit effortlessly, and works with Full Wave Rectified LED lights. We have our LED lights now set at 30% when it is dark out, and they look just like our old incandescent mini lights. Great smart dimmer! (We also have on on our mini tree in our front window. We will definitely be purchasing more of these if we move to LED lights outside.)

> 3 dayVery easy setup through product app, connects to wifi easily and is immediately response. Ability to control each outlet individually, and can setup timers/regular lighting functions. Havent tested out Alexa function, not necessary yet, but will try soon. Really happy with it.

14-12-2024So, I just got this, then I updated the software and added it into homekit. Then I commanded it to different levels while measuring the voltage. There are a few problems. 1. Commanding it to 0% is the same as commanding it to 1%. Which is to say, it does not turn off, and I think you should expect it too turn off in this case. The measured voltage in that case is still 30V. Thankfully, the light on the controller stays on, so its not actually misleading. 2. You cannot turn it off by pushing the button. At all. You can cycle through various power levels (which is neat) but theres no button combination that results in it being OFF. Or maybe there is and I havent found it. I havent read the directions, but I dont think I should have to read the directions in order to turn an electric power socket / controller with ONE button OFF. Okay, I just found it. You double-press the button for OFF. This is bad design.

> 3 dayHooked it up for our outdoor Christmas display and set it on a timer. Worked like a charm and fairly easy to do. Very pleased with it. Can see us using it over and over again.

> 3 dayBought this on a flash deal in March in hopes to use it for Christmas decorations in winter. I had a hard time connecting to it as the instructions didnt indicate that on Iphone I needed to edit the app settings in the iOS itself to allow LAN. Once I did that, it worked great.

Greater than one weekThis was very easy to install and set up with wifi. I love that it can be controlled by an app on my phone. It can also be controlled manually if need be. The two outlets allow us to have patio lights and an outdoor fan hooked up at once but used independently. I like this product!
