> 3 dayi really, REALLY wanted to like this laptop, but it has been a disappointment in pretty much every aspect. it crashes multiple times a day, even when Im just watching netflix. i have run into issues with the keyboard typing extra letters, the touch screen not responding, and frequent screen freezing. there also is no graphics card and no ability to use and external gpu. forget any rendering capabilities - this thing cant even handle the sims graphics without lagging. coupled with microsofts absolutely awful customer service, I wouldnt waste your time.

> 3 dayI got this computer because I was desperate before the pandemic shut us down. Looked good in terms of screen, memory, and all that jazz. After purchase, I got some unpleasant surprises. It has ONE USB port. Even better that its on the left side of the computer. So, if you NEED to use a mouse for editing, or other reasons ... youve got trouble. Im right handed and I have to move the stupid thing around to get the mouse to work. Even worse, I need to save my work on a memory stick often. Cant run a mouse and a memory stick. So you need a hub. WHAT a hassle! Never ever will I buy a Microsoft product again. Anything I buy will need more than ONE USB port. What a joke! Learn from my mistake!

> 3 dayThis computer is obviously very sweet. The touch screen, the lightweight it has great battery life too. It also charges up super quick, well worth the price.

> 3 dayIt is quite clear that is laptop is not a budget laptop. There are features here that are worth your money, and some that you can find done much better in other laptops for cheaper. The laptop I got had no issues upon arrival.

> 3 dayIf you are trying to make the difficult decision between the new Microsoft Surface 3 or the Macbook Pro, you have come to the right place. As a college student who plans on going into finance, I recently had to make the same decision for freshman year, I purchased the Microsoft Surface three. Now, let it be known that I have had an Apple MacBook Pro for the past three years. I love my mac, and always will. It is aesthetically pleasing, simple, uncluttered, has a fingerprint reader, the new touch bar, and seamlessly integrates with my other Apple products (iPhone, AirPods, apple watch, etc.). However, for college students, I have found that the pros of the Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 outweigh those of the Apple Macbook Pro. Both laptops are very portable; however, the Surface is a tad more, weighing in at 2.83 pounds and dimensions of 0.7 by 11.9 by 7.5 inches, compared to the Macbook Pros 3.1 pounds and dimensions of 0.61 by 12 by 8.4 inches. The Macbooks retina display beat out that of the Surface, coming in at 2,560 by 1,600 pixels vs. the 2,256 by 1,504 pixels that the Surface offers.
