Overall I love this laptop. Only gave it a 4 out of 5 because I ordered the Sandstone color and received the ice blue one instead. I dont mind the color so its no problem.

I really like this laptop! It has a fingerprint scanner which is a really cool feature, you dont have to type your password in every time! The battery lasts almost all day for me and I use it to watch shows or just browse the internet! Very good deal for a high-quality laptop.

got what I was expecting software, hardware well packed

I love this, I would definitely not recommend getting the base model. The base model which is $550 doesn’t have much storage and runs slow. I got the level higher which was $699. I am student and this is perfect. It’s light and it’s so pretty, I got the good color and it’s beautiful. I ordered Wednesday and got it Friday ! 10/10 recommend.

I purchased this laptop directly from Microsoft, as they have an excellent return policy (3x that of Amazon). I certainly didnt need to worry about that though.

This shipped to me in one day which was so nice because I needed it for school. I received the right computer and color. Its fast and very light. You can hold it with one hand. I think its the perfect size. I love how it is a touch screen. It is very secure I had to get out of the s mode just to be able to use my school website. That was a little annoying but besides that I am very impressed. I would buy this computer again.

Best laptop I could have ever have gotten myself!

I researched several computers to replace an 8 year old laptop. My husband and son have Surface models and have really liked them. I chose this model because of the keyboard and screen size. They’re a little smaller than my old laptop but still fit my needs and I really like how lightweight it is. It was easy to set up and is working perfectly. The three color choices are also a nice option.

Had to return it, didnt work out of the box. Never got past setup. Made a pop noise and shut down, tried for an hour to get it to work. Still waiting for the refund so I can purchase a different product.

First off, realize that this is a premium device, even if its aims are to be the lower end of the line of Surfaces. Its maybe not as nice as the cheapest Macbook but its also cheaper than that, and its more useful than the tiny Surface Go. For most people, this is a good middle-of-the-road computer that still feels like a nice device and not at all cheap. Just keep in mind that this is a light-duty computer only - use it for email, writing papers, etc. Not coding, Photoshop, etc.
