The battery percentage just seems to indicate random numbers sometimes, goes up and down. One minute, it is fully charged, the next minute I need to plug it asap or it turns off.

The laptop is supposed to be brand new, but it wasn’t even working......

Great little machine. Very portable. Reviewers complain about the low PPI of the display but seems totally acceptable to me for this price point.

This is was I was expecting from Microsoft, very light and nice looking machine. The screen is awesome and the responsiveness excellent. The touchpad is so soft that for the first time I preferred to use it better than the mouse.

The things that I like about this laptop: It’s portable and compact. The support team provided unlimited support to get it set up since it lacked directions. The man in support stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to get me set up running. He took me through testing various commands on the laptop. He went through everything by taking me step by step to get completely SET up. He was extremely patient. And he tested everything with me and knew what he was talking about. So kind.

I wasnt expecting much from this laptop, just needed something to get some work done. Its doing everything that I needed to do well. Only downside might be the small screen size, but I knew that going in

Solid computer. In the sense that it feels sturdy and solid, and as well as for getting stuff done as well. Would recommend highly for school and day to day computer needs!
