I bought this item new from Amazon, and I am returning it because it gets very uncomfortably hot if you place it on your lap to work. It may be the case that if your intention is to use it as a desktop, it may be a good choice for you - I do not know. On you it just heats up to the point of discomfort, and then it slows down.

I love it! the fingerprint works perfect. it is fast. the touch screen works fine. the only thing the battery does not last all day as they say. but im really happy with this purchase.

Do not purchase from the Microsoft Surface line unless you want to have to replace your laptop annually. Twice (literally within weeks of the expiration of my warranty) my Microsoft Surface entered a boot loop. Microsoft initiates an update, which sends the Surface into a loop upon startup. The logo flashes several times, but the device never turns back on. To remedy this, you have to purchase another device. This has happened to me twice, and I refuse to purchase another Microsoft laptop. Search YouTube for “Microsoft Surface Boot Loop” to see all the videos of people stuck in this same situation.

Honestly I was scared about something being broken or something gonna be wrong with it but once it arrived it reached my expectations, it came out super good, I loved it, nothing was wrong with it.

Just over 1 year of having this laptop it now randomly does not charge at all. No damage has been done to my laptop. No water or dropping yet randomly mid-week just doesnt charge or turn on.

The PC looks great, works well but the amazing thing in this fractured supply chain situation that we are living in is, IT ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY!!!!!
