> 3 dayIve never over-clocked a CPU before, so had never used thermal paste before. I followed the instructions, which guided me through the best way to apply the thermal paste to my particular CPU in order to get the best possible heat transfer to my heat-sink. Everything went well and I now have a faster PC running at a stable temperature, so Im very pleased. There is enough paste left to do this again and Ill be much more confident after my first go.

> 3 dayProduct worked perfectly. Plenty of product in the container for the 2 CPUs I was installing and then some. Some time later and its still going strong. This is my brand of choice so I will def come back for more if Im in need again.

> 3 dayAt first I thought this tube is way to small. But it turns out that you only need a small amount and the enclosed spreader or application tool work really good to spread the compound around in a thin coverage..

> 3 dayIm not sure why some negative reviews. I resurfaced the chips-(CPU & NVidia graphics chip) on my Alienware 14 because it was getting really hot and the cooling-fan was turning on constantly, even when I used a NOTEPAL X-SLIM-Cooler Master, to cool my laptop. I put a pea-size drop of Artic 5 thermal paste on the chips, and after assembly of my laptop; I immediately felt a drop in temperature. The cooling fan would turn on sporadically when its supposed to and not constantly like before. Im satisfied with the product because it worked for me.

Greater than one weekTried and true, ive been using this forever and my preferred thermal paste for cpu chip. It actually has silver in it so it conducts heat well however, its also conductive. Thats why i recommend this for cpus because there arent a lot of thing that can short out around the cpu on a motherboard compared to a gpu. dont use this on a gpu because it has many tiny components around the gpu chip that could short if you happen to put too much on, and go to clean it later only to smear it on other components.

> 3 dayArctic Silver is always the go-to with thermal paste, just please do not apply it like the guy in the 5th picture, you will certainly regret it.
