Day 1 Pic 1 - Lights off Pic 2 - Ceiling fan lights on Overall picture quality and brightness is much better than I expected for the price. It definitely will not work in a bright room, but it does surprisingly well in the evening with a lamp or two on. Focus uniformity is less than stellar and only gets worse the more you use keystone, but it is only obvious with text. Also, there is no zoom so you have to get the distance just right for your desired screen size. Colors are pretty saturated (in a good way). I wouldnt call it accurate, but again I remind you of the price. Bluetooth pairing works for my portable speakers, but is a bit wonky. I also get a pretty loud hum in my speakers once it pairs. It is much less noticeable once the audio content is playing. On-board speakers are pretty useless. At full volume it seems about the same level as the fan noise. My biggest complaint is that the picture settings only seem available to adjust when in a menu (same with focus). You cannot have a live picture going while trying to fine tune the image settings. Overall, it sounds like Im being pretty hard on the little guy, but for the money this is a great projector. It is only Day 1 for me, but I will update if I run into any issues.

Seemed like a good product with solid reviews out of the box brightness was good picture was fuzzy tried to use the focus feature on the cheap remote hear noise from the projector like it wants to do something and nothing happens. Returning and going with a name brand product.

This seems like a pretty good projector, though I don’t have a ton of projector experience to compare it to. For a simple at home movie night it works well. I will say the price is very inflated so make sure you get it on sale. List price is $320, I got it at $250, now it’s $170 with coupon. That’s a big drop in just a couple weeks. The picture is pretty good, though I found the focus feature on the remote hard to get set just right so I think I may still be a little out of focus. The remote is adequate. the pairing feature was a little hit or miss with my iPhone. Most of the time it worked well, but some times it would lose connection or internet or just refuse to pair in the first place. The sound is plenty loud, maybe not immersive, but not tinny. The fan is loud too, but I think projector fans are always kind of loud. It would be nice if you could adjust the picture more. This was pretty easy to use and works well for home movie night. It isn’t as fancy as some models and if you’re setting up a nice home theater this maybe wouldn’t be my pick, but I wanted it for backyard movie night and I think it’ll do just fine for that.

I LOVE THIS, very bright, awesome picture, i put mine again wall and omg it looked like a TV screen. It can definitely be used for gaming or watching sports, whatever it is. I used it for the live countdown for new years and WHAT A VIEW. In love with my projector.

I really enjoyed this projector overall. It was great for movies after dark, although I would reccomend using a sound bar as the internal speakers werent quite loud enough. They were fine for games on the ps4 though and streaming content through my phone. The picture quality was good for a roughly 100in screen, I struggled to get perfect clarity but it may have been my set up or operator error. Using the miracast to do screen mirroring from my phone was pretty simple and I enjoyed that part immensely. This is a great projector if you can catch it on sale and Im looking forward to more movie nights with the family, which is where this projector shines the most (in my opinion).

This projector was so easy to set up and get running. I was projecting from my AppleTV in less than 5 minutes after receiving box from Amazon. With 2 HDMI ports, this is going to be accompanying me on trips as well. Laptop and AppleTV at the same time is perfect for my presentations; to have the deck and media content easy to switch between. Even with some daytime ambient LA shine, this projector looked great on the wall. My walls are a tan color, and still the images were clear and looked good, and huge! Looking forward to projecting on white screen. Really enjoyed how easy it was to adjust image and navigate the menus. My girlfriend (whos a little tech phobic) wants to take this to use in her classroom. She watched how easy it was to set up and adjust the image, and wasnt afraid to set up and use on her own. The remote is simple and easy to use, although did not include the 2AAA batteries it requires. The only other downside I can share is that the fan was slightly louder than Id like. However for large spaces like a classroom or when using outside, I dont see this being an issue. Using at a reasonable sound level with a set of HomePods, I couldnt notice the fan. All things considered I think this is a great projector that were going to enjoy for a while. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought one of these things because they’re touted as great options on a budget, and I’m sure that’s true for people who don’t have a pre planned space for a projector. No zoom available on this thing at all, plus it is incredibly loud when using it . I bought a projector from 2006 for $34 off ebay that fits my needs better. Quieter and I can zoom.

If you are looking for an outdoor projector, this is the one you need to buy! The two features that impressed me the most about this particular projector are 1.) the brightness and 2.) the interface. We regularly host outdoor movie nights for our kids and their friends. (Its the perfect Covid-friendly activity especially if you live in California where it doesnt get too cold at night!) We like to start the movie fairly early so that the little ones arent staying up too late. This means starting the movie around 5pm before sunset. The brightness of this projector is perfect for that timeline! We own a similarly priced projector and could definitely not watch anything with that one until the sun was completely set. The interface is also very user-friendly with this NexiGo projector. We did not have to consult a user manual at all. We plugged in our Apple TV and were streaming Encanto in record time! The only con with the NexiGo projector I found is the inability to physically adjust the angle of the projector. Our other projector has a little screw at the bottom that you can adjust to tilt the front of the projector up. This one doesnt have anything. We had to experiment with a couple different stacked books to find the right angle for the projector and finally found one that positioned the projector just right for the screen. Its certainly not a deal breaker though. In short, if youre looking for a bright and easy-to-use projector, I highly recommend this one.
