> 24 hourEvery CPU cooler I have ever purchased came with a back-plate, even coolers much cheaper than this one. This expensive cooler does not! They expect you to use the old back-plate that comes with your motherboard. Thats all fine, but my previous cooler is a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO which is a great cooler, but I have my old back-plate in storage someplace and it would be a nightmare to locate. Why not just include a back-plate like everyone else? They include an Intel back-plate, but not an AMD. I had to go to the hardware store to jerry-rig it to work. Aside from that, this is a good cooler, although overpriced. The reason I wanted this cooler is so it will cool the VRMs and northbridge.

> 24 hourKeeps my CPU around the Mid 40s under normal load and mid 60s while gaming. its pretty large so I had to remove the top case fan from the NZXT H510 Elite. Gets the job done though. I ended up buying Notcuas 140mm chromaxx fan to get rid of that ugly brown color.

> 24 hourUsed with high end i7 processor. Concerned about the height because i had to ship th esystem after it was built, but no issues. It screws down to the motherboard vs snaps which is good. There is some flex if you need to bend the pipes a little. One thing to note on my Asus motherboard, it does block 2 of the memory banks. So i had to install before i put on this cooler. Other than that A+

> 24 hourThis cooler was a fantastic choice for my mini-itx build. Currently paired with a ryzen 5 3600 and it idles at 35°C. In a mini-itx build that is outstanding. The interchangeable design was the only reason I was able to fit this cooler into such a small build. Standing at only 115mm with the 140mm fan on the bottom allowed me enough clearance for my ripjaws V ram plus some smaller cables. Of course since were talking about noctua, theres is little to no audible sound at idle will only hearing a slight hum at full load. Temps at 100% maxed out at 75°C. This cooler is well worth the premium price.

> 24 hourI built a system around this (and the case), aiming for a quiet PC and got exactly that. I followed the directions exactly. It is not only quiet, but effective. I didnt test the stock cooler for my Ryzen 5600x cpu, but even lacking that comparison, I can say this exceeded expectations. I would buy again.
