Bueno del producto exelente y confiable pero lo que tengo que mencionar es que al momento de recibir el paquete venía sin sellos y la caja venía destapada

This cpu cooler is absolutely amazing. Installation was a bit difficult but i had no prior experience using these types of coolers as the only one ive used was a Corsair H60. The packaging for this thing was immaculate, everything was placed neatly inside of separate cardboard boxes with no wiggle room. Noctua also include a WHOLE tube of thermal paste instead of just having it on the cooler itself. I use a Ryzen 1800X and idle temps have gone down 10C while temps while gaming have gone down 20C. You just need to make sure that you have enough clearance for this beast and i recommend this cooler to anyone that wants to overclock. Amazing work noctua you definitely have a customer for life here!

My temps were running high for an AMD3950x. Emailed Noctua tech support. Their tech support doesnt get back to you, and when they finally get back to you, they dont answer for several days at a time. Anyway, after getting a run-around from Noctua tech support, I borrowed a thermal imaging camera, and 1/2 the cooler isnt getting warm. Noctua hasnt responded so far.

This thing is HUGE. Like gigantic. Absolutely double check that it can fit your case. However, the performance is worth every inch and penny. My CPU temp barely budges on ultra graphics while gaming.

One star because I cant go lower. So today a giant box arrived. I was stoked because I was waiting on this to start overclocking my new rig. First thing I notice is that one tower was bent inwards, probably ten to fifteen degrees. Im a get it done kind of guy, so I figure Ill bend it back and let it go. Whatever. I set the heatsink aside. Then I start on the accessory boxes. I open the fan and say, That looks like the wrong color for a Noctua fan. Weird. I better take a closer look. Its a Scythe case fan. Nothing wrong with Scythe, mind you. Just not what I paid for. Well, maybe Noctua farmed this out for some reason. I can overlook this. But wait...still something looks wrong. So I get out the tape measure. Yeah, thought so. Its a 120mm fan, not a 140mm. Well, wheres the second fan? Theres not one. Also no thermal paste, some of the wiring is missing and there are no fan clips.

Pros: As far as performance, it is doing a great job keeping my Ryzen 5 1600x cool while gaming but my case has lots of in-flowing air due to multiple 120mm case fans so your mileage may vary. While not perfectly silent, its really quiet and shouldnt be noticeable to most people. During gaming sessions my processor never heats up above 41c, and thats with a mild overclock using Ryzen Master. Thats right on par with my old AIO water cooler, before it leaked all over my video card! Installation was a breeze! Seriously, I dont understand how anyone could have trouble discerning the instructions. It even uses the original backplate so you dont even need to remove the motherboard to install it. It took me 10 minutes to have it installed and running.
