We just received our steamer and the awesome thing about it is that it comes with a lot of different heads! It is actually very easy to use it!. I havent got a chance to use it on harder surfaces but It works like a charm on shirts! I also needed to contact the company and they sent me an other steamer right away! Great communication as well! We found a bed bug in our room. Immediately I freak out and look for solutions. Chemicals are not an option for us. I found this little machine and OH MY LORD Im glad I did! We did not have an infestation. Only a couple bugs in one room. I assume the little punks hitched a ride on a Christmas gift. We streamed everything on the entire floor of our house. It was not a small job for this little machine. 3 bedrooms and a large landing. Has not even tried to give up. We have done everything twice. Including walls, beds, carpet, bookcases, dressers we did everything!!!! We only found a total of 2 bugs in one room. Killed the bug immediately. I think we got very lucky and found them right away. Im going to do this all one more time and also put diatomaceous earth all around. My only issue with the machine is it does get heavy after a while. For small jobs its amazing. Heats up in just a couple minutes. Great for getting wrinkles out of clothing.

This item is great for a small job, like, front seats of a car, the door of a fridge, 2 toilets, etc. the attachments are fantastic and are great for multiple tasks. There is not an indicator or window to show its low, or empty, that can lead to a lot of frustration. The capacity is too small for larger jobs, such as the whole bathroom, or an entire kitchen. There is not a way to lock the button to make the steam come out, or to release the steam when wanting to refill. The top doesn’t screw off until adequately cooled which is a nice and effective safety feature.

I initially purchased this to clean my tile in my walk in shower. I read the reviews on this machine and they were all great. I also have 3 dogs and over the course of time, they tend to get a little smelly. They get on the couches when we aren’t home and I noticed that my couches started to smell a little like “dog”. There is a steam cleaner attachment on this machine that is PERFECT for steam cleaning upholstery and let me tell you that it removed every unpleasant odor from the fabric of our couches. We tried everything in the past to get the odor out (vodka, Febreeze, upholstery shampoo, etc…) and NOTHING works at eliminating odor like this did! I am thoroughly shocked and amazed and everything this little machine can do! Can’t recommend high enough!!!!

This steamer is my first experience w steam cleaning. It is everything and more! It is very simple to use, cleans thoroughly and is lightweight AND has a very long cord as a bonus! Together, “Steamy” and I have been able to clean areas of my home that I was never able to clean before. Using her in my kitchen has made my clean kitchen even cleaner! I’ve used it on my sliding glass door track, my stove, wood cutting board, microwave, tub, grout, storm door, toilets, The list is endless! The only “problem” I had in the beginning was unscrewing the cap after use. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes to cool down, but you’ll know b/c when you turn the cap a couple of times, it will engage instead of spinning like the Wheel of Fortune. I have sent the link to this baby to 4 of my friends and they too have purchased it!

Love that this product cleans even the smallest of spaces! I have gotten so much great use out of this steam cleaner.

It has been working beautifully- the stove was an absolute nightmare and the steamer made quick work of all the grease and burnt on food and left the stove looking brand new - very very impressed! 5 out of 5 stars!
