This worked ok when I have it a quick try but Im on the fence whether Im keeping it. The attachments blow off with very little pressure and I find it dangerous since the steam disperses into a cloud near your hand when it comes flying off. Im going to fiddle with it to see if theres a better way to secure the attachments that Im not seeing. UPDATE FOR ATTACHMENT ISSUE:. You have to twist the attachments to secure them. Preferably before you turn the unit on since some steam trickles out the whole time its powered on The directions suck. I also dont like that I cant see the water level. Its a guessing game and one thing the directions keep saying is dont use it without water... Its not like you can just take the cap off to check - the directions say thats a no no too until it cools. You also have to slide a plastic lever up then push down on the button to get the steam pressure - I used it for about 15 minutes and found it annoying since its awkward and my finger began cramping holding it steady for the amount of pressure I needed. This is my first steamer so its a learning curve ... I need to do some research and decide whether this is a keeper with all its quirks or not since I wont be using this daily. The attachment issue is the most concerning - if I cant figure out how to secure the attachments - its a goner. Not worth risking burns to my hands or face. Hopefully this will help someone else when making theyre decision.

I bought it for my friend because we are both professional breeders of dogs and there you need to keep whelping areas very clean and disinfected! This is wonderful for that purpose!

Update: The company was distressed by my experience and offered a full refund, unsolicited. They expressed a real interest in my concerns, a willingness to stand up, and they put their money behind it. I feel good about their response and have adjusted my stars accordingly. I trust the company will make improvements to their product based on my experience. This is a powerful steam cleaner and it does the job. However, it’s a real slow go. It takes a good 10+ minutes every time it needs refilling, which is often. And even though it says it won’t open until it’s safe, don’t believe it. I thought I had emptied all the water, but I hadn’t. When I opened the cap that’s not supposed to open until it’s a safe temperature, the water burst out and burned my hand. It’s also really hard to hold the steam button down, which I mitigated by switching off between my thumb and index finger. I used it on the grout in my bathrooms and laundry room, and it did make a noticeable difference. I had to refill twice while only cleaning the worst sections of a 10x3’ section of the laundry room, which was frustrating. I also tried out the clothes steaming feature and it worked well. But after I burned my hand while opening the water unit, I’m leery of using it again. There see warnings about leaving water in the tank, but I really thought I had emptied it, so let the fault lie where it may. I’ve had other steam cleaners that were lighter and didn’t burn me; on the other hand, this one seems to be more powerful, so make up your own mind.

This was my best Amazon buy of 2022. I have a 1 year old and this has been a godsend for cleaning and sanitizing, especially with accidents. I also use this as a daily cleaner. It has reduced the use and need for chemical cleaning products. I have had an issue with my steam cleaner, but the Seller stands by the product and made arrangements to send me a new unit.

Super easy to use and you can clean anything with it, just steam it and wipe away dirt and grime. When i 1st got it i just played around with it testing it on different stuff. As you can see in my pic I got the oldest nastiest cookie sheet i could find. With the steam and the metal brush a few scrubs i could see so much taken off. I was impressed. I used it for my hood above the stove, the grease just melted away [note put towel or something to catch the grease. I learned the hard way.] I have wanted a steam cleaner for a while. Contemplating on what size and power to get. I decided to try this little unit. I am very happy with my choice. Small light unit, even my disabled mother can use. Doesnt take too long to heat up and you get quite a while when its unplugged and mobile. The cord is quite long and can be used plugged in. Comes with all the little attachments. Havent used them all but the metal brush is awesome. The water tank could be bigger but I knew the size when I ordered it. Definitely a recommendation from me. The company even reached out to me to ask if everything was good with it and I was happy, Definitely a great sign the seller stand behind their products. Not something you see all the time

Nice, light weight and produces plenty of steam. There are plenty of attachments for various cleaning applications, nylon brush, angle head, window squeegee, etc. I like the fact it has a really long cord so it doesnt have to be moved to clean large items Tried it on a window curtain, didnt seem to clean as well as expected though the wrinkles were gone. An ON / OFF Button would be a nice to have. The unit has to be unplugged to turn off. A water level indicator on the unit would be helpful. Directions say not to exceed 280ml. Have to empty residual water in the unit to insure it is not over filled (280ml measuring cup included) Still pretty happy with the unit overall

Great product and I use it a lot. Only thing I didn’t like is it was sent to the wrong address and had issues getting my package from my neighbor. When delivering they need to double check to make sure they have the correct address .
