This has been a really great steam cleaner. My grout is so dirty and this thing does great at getting all the grime up and I dont have to leave any cleaners on the grout. The steam does the job! I have really enjoyed using it!

This steamer is my first experience w steam cleaning. It is everything and more! It is very simple to use, cleans thoroughly and is lightweight AND has a very long cord as a bonus! Together, “Steamy” and I have been able to clean areas of my home that I was never able to clean before. Using her in my kitchen has made my clean kitchen even cleaner! I’ve used it on my sliding glass door track, my stove, wood cutting board, microwave, tub, grout, storm door, toilets, The list is endless! The only “problem” I had in the beginning was unscrewing the cap after use. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes to cool down, but you’ll know b/c when you turn the cap a couple of times, it will engage instead of spinning like the Wheel of Fortune. I have sent the link to this baby to 4 of my friends and they too have purchased it!

This worked ok when I have it a quick try but Im on the fence whether Im keeping it. The attachments blow off with very little pressure and I find it dangerous since the steam disperses into a cloud near your hand when it comes flying off. Im going to fiddle with it to see if theres a better way to secure the attachments that Im not seeing. UPDATE FOR ATTACHMENT ISSUE:. You have to twist the attachments to secure them. Preferably before you turn the unit on since some steam trickles out the whole time its powered on The directions suck. I also dont like that I cant see the water level. Its a guessing game and one thing the directions keep saying is dont use it without water... Its not like you can just take the cap off to check - the directions say thats a no no too until it cools. You also have to slide a plastic lever up then push down on the button to get the steam pressure - I used it for about 15 minutes and found it annoying since its awkward and my finger began cramping holding it steady for the amount of pressure I needed. This is my first steamer so its a learning curve ... I need to do some research and decide whether this is a keeper with all its quirks or not since I wont be using this daily. The attachment issue is the most concerning - if I cant figure out how to secure the attachments - its a goner. Not worth risking burns to my hands or face. Hopefully this will help someone else when making theyre decision.

I have been wanting a handheld stem cleaner for sometime. During Prime day we were buying some household things and I finally decided to get one. I found this one and gave it a try. I started with a few small areas, then I used it in my shower. I took some getting used to but after finally getting the hang of it I decided to try to clean the grout in my master bathroom. WOW! I have been so annoyed with the grout but after using taking this cleaner to it I am much happier and now I can keep up with it. My dislikes: I would suggest using an extension cord JIC. A few times I wish I did. Also I recommend if your worker on a “bigger” project have something to do while the machine cools down.

This steamer is very easy to use and has a variety of attachments. I had a broken attachment and customer care was easy to get to and is working with me to get a replacement.

Works extremely well. They have a attachment for almost everything u need. Once unplugged it takes a minute to take the top off but once it cools off, it opens

Customer service was very helpful. They were very quick to respond and handle the situation. Even though the product didn’t work out (possible a defective) they did offer to send a free replacement. I already purchased a different steamer so they offered a refund!
