Customer service was very helpful. They were very quick to respond and handle the situation. Even though the product didn’t work out (possible a defective) they did offer to send a free replacement. I already purchased a different steamer so they offered a refund!

I bought this to help clean some tough grease spot around the kitchen and it just melts the nasty grease oils and dirt off. Cleaning the microwave vent has never been easier with this. I didn’t think I’d use all the attachments that come included but they all have a useful purpose around the home; especially in the bathrooms. If you start to see specs of black mold in the shower, give it blast with this and it will not only kill the mold, it makes it disappear. I didn’t think I’d use this thing so often but it’s one of my favorite cleaning utensils over harsh chemicals.

The grey spout that all the attachments connects to, is on a swivel. You cant put pressure on a surface while trying to clean, because it will just be swiveling all over the place. It would have been fine without this design flaw.

Just started using it, but so far it is great. Really appreciate all the attachments it came with. I longer hose would be helpful in certain situations, but this covers the large majority of my needs

I wish a steamer could have the option to be used cordless so I could take it to my car and clean with out needing an extension cord. How ever it has a powerful steam and has many different accessories that come with it

The steam wash works great in cleaning my kitchen tiles. Very noticeable difference in the grouts. Only thing is brushes were worn out right after first use.

I wish I could give this item 10 stars! When my item arrived I put it right to work and boy did it work. I had a couple buttons in my vehicle sticking due to soda or coffee dribbles. A couple seconds from the steamer and done. No more sticky buttons. The latest mission with with the steamer was to tackle my dirty oven. I cannot use typical oven cleaners because of my wife’s allergies and asthma. The steamer made this chore go rather quickly. The accessories that come with it are tremendous and have many uses. I used the squigee attachment to get water stains off my shower doors. I love this thing and have many more ideas for use!!!! Also I used distilled water for best results.

Its uses is geared towards light cleaning and sanitation. It can be awkward to use in tight spaces. Pressure fades quickly during usage. Overall its good for light cleaning.

This is a great hand held steam cleaner! Works on everything from furniture to shoes to those hard to clean areas in the bathroom. Used it to clean the family sneakers and WOW, they all have white soles again. And so easy to use. Just add water and wait for the light to go out. And you are ready to clean!! Great product!!
